I'll make you an offer you can't refuse!
... *marmel murmel* argh, again this mob of crazy scent freaks, waiting for me to release a commi here again... *marmel grummel* ... they don't have them all anymore... *grummel grummel* ... how can you just demand that you write something almost every day?... *mumble grumble moaning ...
... !!!
Oh, am I on the air yet??!! Uh... I just talked to myself for a second, don't pay any attention to it!!! :DDD
So hello and nice evening, you fragrance freaks (oh I do love you, honestly!) :D
Today's about the scent... hey, it's about "Don" by Xerjoff! It's about ME, DonJuanDeCat!! No wait... of course not... never about me... *rummecker*
No wonder I'm always complaining so grumpy :DD
No, it's about the Join The Club fragrance series, which picks up on certain themes. The scent "Don" is about the mafia and some things that belong to it, like gunpowder, alcohol and tobacco. We'll see if it smells olfactory, too... okay, I'll smell it!
(um, is it just me or is the melody of "The Godfather" playing in the background? :DD)
So, I hope you continue reading and are not deterred by my initial impression. Because meanwhile (so after 5-10 minutes) the smell begins to smell really good! I now smell whiskey, which now also smells very nice and can keep up with many well made scents with such notes well. I also like the sweetness very much, because on the one hand it comes across very gently and on the other hand so tasty. This seems to be molasses, but it smells like amber to me. I don't really smell gunpowder, there's only something that reminds me of it and you only really notice it if you sniff it very close to the sprayed spot, because in the scent cloud you will smell this scent less.
And basically the scent stays the same and hardly changes later on, except that the intensity of the individual scents decreases at some point... A beautiful scent!
The shelf life is long and you get about nine to ten hours, and a little more.
So, despite a strange beginning (which took only a few minutes) I find this fragrance very nice here. The combination of the main scents tobacco, whiskey and the amber-like sweetness smells very nice, looks soft and radiates also well, with which the smell fits very well to the going out. As the fragrance is not too overwhelming despite its autumnal scents, it could even be described as an all-rounder and in my opinion can be used in any season of the year.
I don't know now if I would spend about 180 Euro for 50 mL, because strictly speaking it doesn't smell so extraordinary, but it's still worth a test.
Soo... oh yes, my title: I'll make you an offer you can't refuse. Hmm... I would say: I get a kiss from you perfumas, but I keep writing comments!
Does that sound like blackmail right now? However, in criminal organizations the terms offer and blackmail are blurred anyway, so... :D
*sigh*
Well... you don't seem to accept my offer. Then there'll never be a comment again. And this time I'm serious!! So enjoy this commi, because that was the last thing you ever saw or read from me here, mu ha ha ha ha ha :DD
Still, I wish you all a nice evening, see you all soon? Maybe...! Let's see... :D

The fragrance:
The beginning is slightly synthetic-chemical, then it starts to smell like glue and paste, then becomes sweetish-sticky (which is probably due to the molasses) and the fragrance gets slightly spicy notes in the background. Then the tobacco scent comes through, which is okay, but the whiskey smells much better in many other scents than here, but maybe it will wait and see. So, I hope you continue reading and are not deterred by my initial impression. Because meanwhile (so after 5-10 minutes) the smell begins to smell really good! I now smell whiskey, which now also smells very nice and can keep up with many well made scents with such notes well. The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is good and strong, so that it can be smelled well, but due to its rather gentler impression, the fragrance does not have a crushing effect if you have sprayed yourself too much. The shelf life is long and you get about nine to ten hours, and a little more.
The bottle:
There seem to be two variants of the bottle: the well-known and inflated bottle, which is somewhat reminiscent of oriental pants, and the trapezoidal square bottle. Both are blue, of high quality and look good. On the front of the inflated bottle, you can see a gold badge with the brand logo and the name of the fragrance underneath, while on the square bottle, you can see the logo of the "Join the Club" series as well as the name of the fragrance. The lid, which is reminiscent of ancient Egyptian crowns, is gold-plated and also looks good. Both bottles are very successful and great eye-catchers. So, despite a strange beginning (which took only a few minutes) I find this fragrance very nice here. The combination of the main scents tobacco, whiskey and the amber-like sweetness smells very nice, looks soft and radiates also well, with which the smell fits very well to the going out.
