A powerboy with a soft moss heart
Again such a wish list fragrance, which almost fell into my hands (by exchange) and which did not disappoint me. I haven't seen "1770" anywhere in German perfumeries yet, but thanks to Daniel I can get to know him.
It is a very strong fragrance, which has a lot of "wood before the hut'n", cedars, sandalwood and other spicy representatives of this guild set the tone. And yet some flowers have managed to follow the "wooden path" and enrich the scent. A dark cocoa note also resonates. Not sweet at all, but really dark brown and tart, which is excellent with the clearly audible Vetyver.
A slightly peppery, echo-like smell makes the whole arrangement super interesting.
Already early I notice the substructure of earthy patchouli and soft forest moss.
Here I stand on a clearing at dusk and inhale the herbharzig mossy forest smell which seems to come from the deepest depths. From humid, green, unfathomable depths.
And that's where I'd like to go. Stay long and get to know all the secrets.
The fact that the British are able to compose class durable scents with good "radiance" is proven with this wooden lad of the special class.
Unfortunately, I know far too few English perfumes, except some of the Miller Harris series and two, three of Bahoma and Pecksniff's.
(Apart from the internationally well known Penhaligon's scents.
But with this Yardley I have a fragrance of the extra class at a very good price. Including the forest dreams with moss bed.
