How to start..
If you want to get rich in just one night and to be seen around you and give you a feeling of luxury and you don't have a dollar in your pocket, this is the undisputedly awaited perfume.

If you are a fan of the oud note, but it is not the usual strong animal repulsive note, but the light, youthful and elegant oud, which is blended in a professional way, as when adding orris and benzoin with musk, this oud perfume gives a feeling of good narcissism and forgiving vanity, thanks to the right mixing method and the way the notes are arranged in Appearance, emission, and reaction during the day.

Perfect contrasts

I have long thought about which fragrance I should write my first review. When I recently bought this fragrance now it was clear to me.
I am a very big iris fan and the Dior Homme line has long been my favorite fragrance line.
What now makes Rue de Bellechasse so special for me. I have a picture in mind:
A large dark room in an old mansion. Noble furniture, lots of dark wood, heavy curtains in front of the large windows, there is a bowl with partly burnt incense in a corner. The room radiates wealth, tranquility, but also something gloomy. On a table, however, illuminated by a ray of sunlight that falls through the gap in the curtains, there is a flower. Delicate, bright, beautiful. It is this interplay that makes the fragrance so special for me. Oud, patchouli and resins create a deep woody, slightly smoky scene. Noble but also a bit wicked/dirty. However, the iris rises from this very bright and somewhat powdery. This creates as I find a heavy rather masculine fragrance with a twist that makes it so attractive and perfect.
A how I find absolutely unique creation that I no longer want to miss!

The Abbey of Penthemont

The Vestaire des Parfums Édition Couture brings together a collection of three woody fragrances: 6 PLACE SAINT SULPICE, 24 RUE DE L'UNIVERSITÉ and just the 37 RUE DE BELLECHASSE.
In the middle of Paris - at the northwest corner of the intersection of 37 Rue de Bellechasse - is the Abbey Penthemont and is now the headquarters of YSL. By and large, the fragrance is intended to represent the atmosphere of this abbey house - and with it the entrepreneurial work of Y. S. Laurent's work. It all seems a bit reverent, sublime - almost formal. Just like in an old monastery.

I myself was looking for another iris fragrance. I like iris because of its noticeably clear and honest nature. This time it should be dark, wearable in the evening.
