The Cute Monkey Wedding
On my Zoologist trip was now allowed to prove the enclosed exclusive sample (in my case the Yuzu Edition) before my nose.
At the start predominate rather citrusy tart notes with the typical Zoologist horse stable aroma, but I immediately notice the generally rather sweet character. Unlike all the Zoologist tested by me so far (and there are already a few by now), this is the first, which of intensity and sillage does not strike like an asteroid in your environment, but makes itself rather tenderly noticeable. Here is not the big monkey party, but a cozy get-together.
The horse stable aroma evaporates quite quickly and the fragrance develops with me to the tenderly sweet smoker with almost sacral character, the tart aromas then also step somewhat into the background, the sweetness remains and hovers as a fruity note behind the (bright) incense.
Unfortunately, the monkey wedding ends faster than the rest of the animal celebrations in Zoologist Park.
In conclusion, this already shows the dilemma. If I'm a fan of Zoologist, then I want a Zoologist, and then I kind of expect the intensity atom bomb, always something more, something more mature, something more putrid, something more animal.
If I'm a fan of incense scents (and I definitely am), then it's allowed to be more of this and more sophisticated, and others do that better.
Now the monkey stands on his wedding and must ask himself, what am I now?
In any case, I am not a zoologist, even if I can certainly go in everyday life times among people (because that can not really many in the zoologist park), but I am also not bad. I smell pleasant, without question, but there's still something missing.
What is unfortunately not missing is the decent price for this monkey wedding.
In the end, I have to get rid of one last impression. With many (not all) Zoologist one can already assign the fragrance well to the eponymous animal, with me most strongly with Elephant, but I can not understand with the best will in the world, what the Macaque here should have to do with the monkey...
