Different than usual but beautiful

I have just returned from my vacation in Mallorca and have brought back two souvenirs of Palma. Fig and secret Garden from aquinesia. And I confess... I rented a car especially for this store and drove almost an hour across the island to Palma. It was so worth it. This store: like a mini museum, you wander through the aisles full of lovingly designed rooms right up to the sales room. Like a sweet old pharmacy. And these fragrances!!!! Simply all great!!! Love at first sight. This tanginess from the beginning: 100% mine. Then it becomes creamy and warm (somehow comfortably cozy) and then at the end it becomes spicy woody (actually not usually my taste. In this case new and interesting for me but in a positive way). At the end it reminds me of a beautiful sunny day that gets cooler towards the evening and keeps me warm in a thick cozy blanket in a wooden hut.

Sniffed and in love ..

I also became aware of this fragrance via social media and, due to the enthusiasm, decided to get myself a bottle via a dear community member.

This fragrance made me realize my love for green scents

Right from the start you get the great, green fig note. Accompanied by a pleasant, natural citrus from the grapefruit. Over time, it becomes beautifully creamy, floral, a little sweet ... but still aromatic. We certainly have cardamom, sandalwood and fig wood to thank for that. I have to admit, I can't detect the apple.

For me, it is a wonderfully balanced fragrance that is worth testing.

Yes ... the performance could be better ... but when I spray it on my clothes, I get a good 5 hours out of it.

I like to wear it in summer and it's just as well that it's not such a beast
And at this price, it doesn't hurt to spray it again.

The Arquinesia perfumery is definitely a place to go on my next vacation to Mallorca.

Favorite at the moment!!!

I ordered the fragrance blind, because I let myself be influenced by Lenisscents and Madametamtam on YouTube. And I have to say, I have rarely been so enthusiastic about a "blind buy". My expectations were naturally very high. When I opened the box from Arquinesia, I was thrilled by the love they had put into the packaging. There was also a tester included, which always makes me very happy. When I could already smell the "Fig" on the bottle, I immediately knew: "Okay, it was worth buying!" It's such a pleasant, creamy yet fresh fragrance. I can't imagine anyone not liking it. You can smell something green from the fig and grapefruit and then just as intense the sandalwood, so just stunning! Highest recommendation!!!!
Although the longevity is described as not too good, I was pleasantly surprised that I could smell the spray on my hand for quite a long time!

Love at first... well, you know..

So, I've finally discovered the Souk for myself in the last few weeks.
So far, I've only been a participant in sharings, but I'm probably escalating there right now...
The plan was to work through my wish list in a disciplined way - but for some reason these people here are disrupting my plans and simply offering their own very interesting fragrances.... Lots of interesting fragrances....
So I've been able to gain a lot of new fragrance impressions recently. Some have made me resolve not to always order 5 or 10 ml in future, others were really nice surprises.
However, I haven't bought any of them yet, although I'm not usually that hesitant.

The super nice Taunusblume - thank you very much again - had enclosed a small bottle of Fig with the post; perhaps she had discovered it on my notepad.
And what can I say: spontaneous love. The best fragrance I've had in a long time, despite all the competition. One of those where you immediately say: Yes. You and me.
This beautiful, initially slightly tangy, then softer and creamier, not too sweet fig is a dream. For me, the fragrance has something pleasantly simple, almost
One-dimensional: there are no inappropriate notes, nothing distracts from the essentials, you have concentrated on the perfect and appropriate The ideal fragrance for warm spring days: refreshing, yet elegant and creamy. Yes, I find it really elegant despite its freshness, as if it knows that it can defy the heat in a noble and sublime way. I'm sure it also goes really well on hot summer days. After all, it's used to them thanks to its Mallorcan origins.
