*THE* choice for hayrides and bonfires!
The other reviewers have truly summed up this perfume to a T. It is very similar to Obsession, but it isn't that spicy and "masculine," though it is still plenty masculine. I never cared for Obsession, but I do like this. It is sweeter and powderier. (Is that a word?! It is now!) I own it in a mini-splash, which I bought about 4 or so months ago online for less than $5. It is still for sale in this size, but I think you will only find larger spray bottles on ebay. I didn't dare wear it in the summer; it would have been overbearing, but this is a nice, warming and cozy scent for fall and winter. The spices definitely lend themselves to these two seasons. I can see myself sitting by a bonfire, sipping apple cider and wearing this perfume. It's the perfect choice for a hayride! It was noted that this is similar to a chai, and that is true, but if you a looking for a spot-on chai fragrance, you must try Curve Crush. That one has a milky aspect to the spices and smells EXACTLY like a chai. I prefer this scent, actually, because it doesn't have the cardamom note like Curve Crush does.

I got a bit alarmed upon initial application: It smelled like vinegar! And the color when I splash it on!!!...I believe Crayola would call it "Raw Umber." Then it quickly dried down into pencil shavings. But I was patient, and soon it became caramel and cinnamon and vanilla with a cedar-y underlying tang. I get none of the florals. At all. It is all sweet and spicy and powdery. Perfect for night-time wear. The caramel and sweetness keep it from becoming overly masculine, but I think some men could still wear this one.

For the price, this was a win, but it's true that I may not pick it often because I feel it is limited to evenings and hayrides, not to daytime wear (except for men).

Spark-A Cozy Blanket With To Wrap Around Yourself
A powdery, carmelized perfume that I enjoy, Spark is. Definitely worth picking up if you can find it and you enjoy simple gourmand fragrances that bring you back to pleasant sweetness without the overly cloying sugary scent of some on the market.
I think of holidays and cuddles when I wear this one. It's a vanilla goodness. And I'm not that kind of cutesy woman at all. But I really like this scent.
It's a "what smells good?" when you walk in the room perfume that people ask about, it's a safe fragrance that you can wear to the office, really, you can wear anywhere without offending anyone. It's just a safe perfume in the world of seductive perfumes that can mesmerize or alienate others that some wear out to venues they should not.
For me, it's the caramel and cinnamon with the cedar to balance to start, then it goes all soft and powdery but I do get a vanilla feel, which actually, for a lot of people, can be quite a weapon, too. After all, isn't food the way to some people's heart? Perhaps that's why gourmand scents are so popular. They make people happy, they evoke pleasant memories.
Wait a bit and spices come out to play that remind me of chai tea.
There aren't many notes in this perfume, but somehow they blend to make a warm, inviting, and cozy blanket to wrap yourself with with a smile.
I can awaken still enjoying it, so its longevity is excellent and its sillage extends around me. I really enjoy Spark for the times I just want to be cozy, comfy and without any pretense. When I just want to be me with pleasant smiles.
Spark is a misnomer, yes, unless you hold a match to the bottle. The creative juices behind it created a short, catchy name that holds up on the tongue, whether consumers like it or not. It really doesn't describe this perfume, then again, so many names don't.

I want more
Love at first sniff, Spark reminds me a lot of CK Obsession. Warm and spicy, full of rich comforting aromas, and perfect for a cold winter day.

I actually get the cedar note which adds a lift quite nicely to an otherwise heavy, dark fragrance.

There is a mellow powdery background that helps tie together everything I love about my favorites.

Spice, Cedar, Powder, Dark, Cinnamon and every so lightly sweetened. Despite its celebrity status, I think it's blended perfect for my taste. With a rebel yell, I want more, more, more!

No Spark
Spark? What Spark? I was expecting much more excitement & electricity out of a perfume called Spark. Instead, I got something that is appropriate for grocery shopping & baking. Ho hum.

I like the cinnamon in this, but it is a very mild mannered, close to the skin fragrance that doesn't last long.

Spark's first spray is all alcohol, very cheap smelling, like dime store cologne. Then cinnamon - a flicker of spunk on top. After that, a mellow cinnamon, not perky or sharp. Spark is dark, and it develops an incense quality on me. It's not at all sweet, relative to current frags. Overall, Spark is nice, mild & understated but synthetic. Not long lasting, imo. Wears close to the skin.

Spark has been compared to CK Obsession and Givenchy Organza Indecence. Maybe in the parfum version, but certainly not in EDP imo. Not at all. I picked up a mini EDP. I was very close to blind buying the 1/2 oz parfum at $30. So glad that I didn't.

Wear it to a hayride or bonfire while you sip apple cider on a bale of straw! Perfect for autumn and winter seasons. Men can enjoy it, too.
