Beautiful fresh, crisp violet and citrus freshie
Happyland Gaelic Mist is one of several great freshies released in 2022, and one which excellently captures the mossy, fresh, green vibe infused with the crispness of violet leaf playing against citruses, oakmoss, cardamom, vetiver, sandalwood, and a tough of fig to make it lean slightly sweet. It comes off like a denser, slightly sweeter, more fun cousin of Creed Green Irish Tweed, a comparison that only occurs to me sometimes when I wear it. Unsurprisingly it performs much better and is much more affordable than the Creed, as well. Overall, it’s lovely and among my very favorite fresh fragrances from the house—classy, robust, and bound to turn heads.
The current Happyland pricing for Gaelic Mist is $57/44 for 50/30ml, so it’s really a steal at the 50ml size, though I do live the handiness of the still-very-reasonably-priced 30ml bottles, myself.
