Yes, I’m a Lagerfeld enthusiast and that's why I blindly bought this fragrance. That said, I love this scent especially: It’s very smooth and refined, lovely for the office, perfect as a signature fragrance... Although curiously, it reminds me of a delicious alcoholic cocktail that I drank and enjoyed smelling in my youth - but it's not a boozy fragrance at all -.
So yeah, I really enjoy it, but I also have to say that it isn’t a fragrance for everyone and the main reason - not insignificant - is that it’s a soft fragrance with a shy projection.
For some office settings it can even be a positive, but because of how good it smells, it usually leaves you wanting more. if this juice had better performance, it would be an amazing “Home Run”.
In any case, it's still one of my favorite unexpected releases of this year, despite its performance. I suggest 50ml bottles to carry with you, because they are beautiful, comfortable and cheap: Reapply in this case it’s a real pleasure.
So, synthesizing:
The scent is difficult to describe: Fresh, woody, slightly herbal, sweet and creamy...And without a doubt it’s sophisticated, very easy to please (but not simple or generic) and smooth like a comfortable breeze slightly sweet.
Longevity is moderate (maximum 6 hours) and soft projection. It can be used all year round and although it’s mild, on a date night it’ll work wonders for short distances.
Perfect for the office as a signature fragrance and feels great with a modern suit.
So now I always carry a bottle of these (very cool, by the way) in the pocket of my office bag.
