Does honor to the name

As the name suggests, Arabian King confronts us with oriental notes. Very dominant grapefruit, which is rounded off very well by oud, musk and amber. This fragrance lasts an incredibly long time and has given me a lot of pleasure so far. My absolute favorite fragrance from the Arab world. Recommended purchase!

Royal fragrance stamp

As a man, you are definitely well positioned with this fragrance. So I would recommend everyone to test this fragrance. By testing, I don't just mean by smelling it, but by putting it on and seeing how you feel with this fragrance. Arabian Klng definitely fits the name of the fragrance very well.

In my opinion, the oud contained in this perfume is also tolerable for people who don't usually have a good relationship with oud. So someone who wants to try oud but wants to be careful can try the Arabian King. The fresh bergamot and grapefruit in the top note paired with the cedarwood and rose in the heart note make the fragrance very interesting and creamy in the drydown, together with the oud going a bit in the oriental direction.

I don't know how best to describe the longevity of this fragrance. If you apply the fragrance to your clothes, you can almost call it a "fragrance tattoo". I don't know of any other fragrance that lasts this long, although it has to be said that Marc's Orange Flamingo also lasts a long time. This is due to the high fragrance oil content, which is said to be more than 50% in the Arabian King.

Arabian King because of the oil?

Now I have also tested the last fragrance from the Marc Gebauer collection.
And I must say next to Orange Flamingo this is the best fragrance of all.
Why this fragrance has such a bad rating here on Parfumo, I unfortunately do not know and it does not open up to me.

I applied 2 sprays on the back of my hand and it makes for the first time a really blatant oil layer wide.
The fragrance Smells Slightly fruity, sweet followed by a Strong floral note.
The fragrance smells very lively, noble and pleasant.
With time, one notices the intense floral notes more and more.
The Oud, which should also be in it, I smell unfortunately not out here.

The shelf life is incredibly long...
In garments up to several weeks.
The projection is also very strong.

The fragrance could also be from Anfas in my opinion, because the DNA would also fit the brand.
But also Handwerklichen her this fragrance was super Konstruiert.

Orientalisch aber kein arabischer König

Beim ersten Riechen des Dufts war ich verwundert, da ich diesen Duft ganz anders eingeschätzt hätte.
Ich liebe orientalische Düfte, gerade die „hardcore“ Orientdüfte und deshalb war ich gerade bei dem Duft gespannt wie es sein wird.
Jedoch stelle ich mir unter diesem Duft einfach keinen arabischen König vor, der Name passt einfach nicht. Unter anderer Aufmachung und Namensgebung ist das definitiv kein verkehrter Duft und er verdient es auch orientalisch genannt zu werden, jedoch nicht unter diesem Namen.
Ansonsten ist die Performance des Dufts ganz gut, den nimmt man mehrere Stunden war.
Die Aufmachung des Flakons gibt natürlich einiges her, darüber braucht man nicht reden.
Ich finde er hat auch eine relativ stechende Note in sich, kein Mückenspraygeruch, wie es einige behaupten, ich könnte jetzt aber auch kein eigenes Beispiel bringen. Es ist einfach diese eine stechende Note die mir gar nicht zusagt.
Alles in einem ein nicht schlechter Duft, jedoch viel zu überzogene Aufmachung für einen sehr unspektakulären Duft.
