Light-flowering neroli
I really like neroli fragrances and have already tried a few. Based on the description of Memo Paris, I had imagined a sparkling, rather fruity version with a beautiful interplay of neroli and citrus fruits. One look at the pyramid was enough to convince me and I bought it blindly.
The beginning was very good, a little soapy and green neroli peppered with juicy bergamot - exactly what I was looking for. But then the white flowers take over and the fragrance slips completely into floral on my skin. The subtle neroli note can be detected again and again over a good 7 hours (H/S really top) - but I would have liked more character here. After 1 hour, the fragrance remains quite linear, white-floral, citrusy, cheerful and well-groomed, but also somehow irrelevant
It's definitely not a bad fragrance and will probably appeal to the masses. An absolute blind buy candidate for everyday use that you can't go wrong with. For me, however, it could have used a little more green, more fruit or more spice.
