Wearable Alien

For me Alien Sunessence Edition Or d'Ambre smells differently from the original Alien, which has a jasmine note I can not wear.
Or d'Ambre starts with a good kiwi note and grades into a very wearable jasmine, softened by the orchid.
Today I did not use many sprays so it was very soft on the skin but I think it has longer longevity and sillage when more is applied. Though it is a summer version it can be worn in winter as well, it has some bright uplifting vibe.
Normally I don't care for bottles but this one is very beautiful and while I like violet as a colour, I also like this bottle better than the original's one.

Expected a bit more....

Oh now I feel confused. It has all the characteristics of the original Alien. There is really not much that separates them. Perhaps this limited edition is a little bit brighter, otherwise it's the same scent throughout to my nose. I really like Alien so the scent itself is no disappointment, but I expected a bit more anyway. I almost forgot to tell that it has very good lastingpower just like the original and that there is no pink colour on the bottle. It is golden yellow.
