It was a long long road for me to finally get my Virtus. I preorder at launch and it went into customs hell for over 4 months so I was ready to give up when the day finally came and god damn was it worth the wait!
To me Virtus has a very complex composition and just getting a whiff puts so many images in your head, it’s a great collection of notes and sensations. There is the sweetness of the honey, the creaminess of the fig milk, there’s some woodiness with the driftwood, spices and the main player is a gorgeous tobacco. Virtus is quite an olfactory experience that didn’t disappoint.
Performance is very good, I went to bed 7 into it and it was still going strong.
