The Reverend Wrigley's
Coolife's "5" is a creamy milk mint with bright incense tones in the later stages. Unusual, but surprisingly pleasant. Since one wonders why one does not smell similar more often...
"Le Cinquième Parfum" combines a niche summer refreshment a la "Menthe Fraiche" with rather more autumnal noble creams a la "Bois D'Iris" - not familiar, but well done. Although I like the more sparkling first half of the fragrance better than the warmer, somewhat staid last half, overall the perfume has unquestionably class, novelty and raison d'être. Booming feel-good vibes. A favorite of mine by the Mrs. Pauline R. Rather masculine. Minimalist and almost futuristic through its Iso-E approaches.
Flacon: a beautiful blue, the rest rather mau
Sillage & durability: delicate, but not gauzy through the light-smoky backbone - 4-5 hours
Verdict: an unusual minty incense freshener between communion and first kiss. Not nasty, rather sweet and soothing.
