According to slm's website, the fragrances are based on recipes sold in France in the 19th century as love elixirs (https://souslemanteauparis.com/home-en). There's also a test to see what kind of lover you are and which perfume suits you best. Probably not valid, but fun.
Vapeurs Diablotines is an oriental spicy fragrance, but unlike anything I have sniffed in the category before. Especially interesting as a companion on trips to the Orient. In short, I enjoy it.
