Blueberry pancakes, achieved with restraint
Brought back after several years after first being introduced in 2017, this current version of the original blend, Delectable Temptation, inspired by blueberry pancakes, delivers even better than the first rendition, based on my recollection, with the mix of blueberries and maple syrup telling most of the story. Somehow, though, it’s not an over-the-top gourmand to me, as it feels restrained with a woody, perhaps even musky background, so it feels restrained and well-rounded, in a sense. Absolutely a must-try for gourmand fans, and one I’ll continue sampling but may very well get around to buying after all these years. And at $50, it’s among the most affordable entries in the Dua catalogue, especially with sales.
