I used 2 bottles last year and the third is already well opened.
For me, it's an absolutely perfect summer fragrance that can also be worn at higher temperatures. In my opinion, it's ideal for warm summer evenings on vacation and long party nights at festivals or in open air clubs like Ushuaïa in Ibiza.
I've never received so many compliments and positive feedback on a fragrance in such a short space of time as I have with this one. It's really crazy in places. Women love this fragrance. But I love it too and feel like I'm on a beautiful vacation every time I put it on.
Unfortunately, it was sold out at Dua for a long time and it went quickly and expensively at the souk.
My best friend owns the original from Chanel, which is almost 1:1 identical, but has really miserable staying power in direct comparison.
Fragrance: I'm not a fragrance expert. To me, it smells like a creamy lemon. Pleasantly fresh and a nice sweetness to it. I can also smell the tonka bean. There are minor variations depending on when the bottle is from. My first and oldest Dua was more just citrusy fresh and had a shower gel vibe, the second and third bottles were much creamier and for me better in scent and closer to the original.
Longevity: On my skin, it is quickly gone, but that is the case with many fragrances. On clothes it lasts for days and only goes away with washing. It is far superior to the original in terms of performance.
Sillage: This fragrance creates an incredible cloud of fragrance and smells even better in the air than close to the skin. With 2 sprays on the neck and 3 on the shirt, you will be noticed even 2 meters away and even in crowded clubs you will leave a cloud behind you. Therefore an ideal club fragrance for me.
Bottle: Typical Dua trash bottle, pretty cheap and ugly. The new bottles have a wooden cap, which doesn't make it any better. But it's the content that counts and it's great.
Value for money: For me, the better fragrance than the original from Chanel. I wish the original with a nice bottle would perform like this. If it is available from Dua, it is probably even more expensive than the original with shipping and customs duty on the ml. However, it's actually better in terms of price/performance purely in terms of what you get as a fragrance, which is why it's worth it to me.
