Aptly-named, spice-heavy and well-blended
I recall liking but not being completely wooed by the original Pumpkin Spice a few years back despite loving the concept and creativity (still, I always laud Mahsam releasing more original blends and I especially welcome gourmand concepts). Pumpkin Spice 2.0 is better than what I recall of the original in that it is quite spicy, not a pumpkin latte or pumpkin vanilla, but a strong mix of pumpkin spice and clove, albeit with some coffee and sweet vanilla, but the finished product, even into the dry down, is quite spicy and lands in a good spot overall, I’d say, retaining its core character from opening to dry down, at a modest Dua price ($55) with very strong performance. I tried only one spray and it was very intense. In conclusion, it’s loyal to the name and a nice spicy execution, not deferring to the coffee or vanilla like other attempts might.
