Iris, coffee, caramel mostly-gourmand, sweet but not over the top
Vivamor Parfums Creme Exquis is a dry mostly-gourmand blend that’s sweet with some sharp accents and restrained but dense, including a diverse note list that I would distill down to a mix of iris, coffee, black cherry, caramel, oak, and cinnamon, with the iris acting as the main counterpoint the sweeter gourmand entourage. It leans a little darker, a bit mysterious and multifaceted, likely an easier option for me in the cool weather or nighttime in particular, and is definitely one of my favorite few of the line so far along with Cherry Prive and Addiction Absolu. It’s a really pleasing entry that offers the perks of a gourmand while not being too over the top, and I’m liking what I’m seeing from this collection so far, less that halfway through
Like the rest of the line, Creme Exquis is priced at $155 for 100ml in extrait concentration, a very reasonable deal from the perspective of quality, uniqueness, and performance with respect to volume, and it’s sold via the house site as well as Perfumology.
