.... well I admit this "joke" is already quite hackneyed but here the theme applies to the fragrance area completely.

Since I have heard in my late youth the rumor that vanilla on men subconsciously attracted because, this was used in the past probably very often in baby food, I was looking for "the" vanilla fragrance ". Among other things, there were experiments with baking aroma on the wrist "tilt"....

This vanilla scent reminds me very much of it. He is thereby at normal dosage at no time too intrusive and gives a nice warm feel-good. Perfect for ugly autumn weather or against the winter blues.

For layering it is also excellent, because here no other disturbing "tones" are to be found.
The durability is slightly above average with me, holds on clothes, however, really above average.

Who likes vanilla can not go wrong here.

For some time Cupid Cupid was on my list and recently I could strike at a special offer. When unpacking but first a little shock. This tiny bottle is supposed to be 30ml? And then also without "cap".... is this a return from someone? The box was shrink-wrapped.... So I took a closer look at the pictures. No "cap" quite normal and after a direct size comparison with flacons that come reasonably there is not much missing. Otherwise, the bottle is really pretty designed even if the question arises whether this is now a light bulb or because of the "pen" a hand grenade should represent ;-) in any case, the red is very appealing.

But now to the fragrance... What comes to mind first is lightheartedness (what you can use in today's time very well). Fruity, sweet notes paired with light florals. It never gets heavy even though the base notes might suggest that. Currant and cassia are the most noticeable to me. Later, the lily and jasmine join in (the rose doesn't come out as much for me). You can wear it even over 20 without acting as if you were in the midst of a mitlifecrisis.

But unfortunately, like the first infatuation, it is only a short pleasure. After two to three hours, it is no longer perceptible on me. At this point I would like to point out that this is an EdT and there is probably unfortunately also no EdP.

All in all in the special offer always happy but with OVP I would not get him. This is of all the durability, not the fragrance.

St. Nicholas Day 2020 in Bavaria... new aggravations, that screams for a panic corona emergency order at the online drugstore. Besides kitchen towels, toilet paper, sanitary towels and the usual supply of corona, this perfume has also made it into my virtual shopping basket as a mood enhancer.

Here in the community called Black Opium Dupe I was curious because I like to wear the original and I wouldn't mind a very cheap alternative for everyday use. So sprayed on in bright anticipation... yes, that's pretty good :-) Five minutes later I hardly notice any scent anymore (and that with the high durability grades in the ratings). My environment gets at least one or two hours of it. I feel the same with the bottle. Pretty from a distance but the closer you get the "cheaper" it looks....

For a quick shopping or with the child out a nice alternative but unfortunately no more (which I find justified for the price)
