This was my birthday present. :) Smoky-sweet vanilla with lots of amber, tonka, patchouli, wood and velvety leather. A wonderfully sweet-romantic, beguiling and soul- pleasing UNISEX composition. And the most fascinating thing about the fragrance is that it develops and develops and develops... The sweetness fluctuates, the woods come and go and come again, the patchouli is sometimes darker and dirtier, sometimes purer, and the amber strongly reminds of noir ambré. And for the ubiquitous Flanker haters, it's not a Flanker. It is a fragrance in itself and not comparable to anything else from Miyake. Amen

It's 3 o'clock in the morning and I can't sleep again and browse through my GREAT collection of samples and bottlings. And there I am again found this smell. It is a composition of the highest quality. The perfume notes combine with each other as if they had been made for purity, they are all clearly perceptible and yet in a combined unity, resulting in a gourmand dream... I already know Kulfi from Tom Ford but here it is much better implemented. Much more integrated into the composition. The plum is velvety-fuzzy-sweet and the musk and woods are perfectly balanced. I MUST have a bottle of it... if only it weren't so expensive...

I love saffron and the spices underline the jasmine perfectly. I actually got a compliment for it from my arbitration colleagues. The cashmeran makes the fragrance very fluffy, warm and soft... like a very soft pillow, and the vanilla is just strong enough to underline the amber and make it even more sensual and warmer. And the presentation is really extraterrestrially beautiful. One of the most beautiful bottles and outer packaging I have in my collection. Makes the Hall of Mirrors of Versailles think. Beautiful.

That was pretty much the worst perfume I've tried this year. I didn't like the quality of the leather at all, I got sick of the top note, the fruity one with the musty-burning wood made me choke (seriously, I don't write it to be malicious) and I was happy to wash the base off my skin when I got home. The only things I found to be reasonably positive were the bottle and the packaging. The colours remind me of the flag of the country where I was born and the bottle feels good in the hand. Also the spray head sprays quite passably. But the perfume: a clear recommendation not to buy. Clear thumb down.

At the opening I always have to sneeze but it's worth getting the handkerchief out, because what follows is an extraordinarily erotic, hot, all senses stimulating scent. If the pepper combines with the high quality woods and musk with sweet Tonka is added, then I can only say: Holladiewaldfee... if I meet a man with this scent, then (*******ZENSIERT***********)
