For me it's a not. Some people maybe like, but for me it's a big not. I was think totally different, with some accurate sweet accord also, instead It's really too much hard for my nose, and I don't smell no one raffinate notes, but only a synthetic low quality ingredients, the will remain for 24 hours in skin; yes, because it has ultra long longevity and sillage, and also after shower it will remain. But that smell seems like that perfume only with top potence of 30 years old. Sorry but not. Ok for 15 dollars, but not for my poor nose.

I readed very contrastant opinions about this rare perfume by Rasasi, Royale Blue, maybe the cheapest of Rasasi.
Someone said it's fresh and persistent, and some other said it's zero persistent and zero sillage. I bought and I can say the truth: for me it's a big No! I usually like so much Rasasi fragrances because they have quality at affordable price. This time its different. I don't reach to like this, its really too much light and also just sprayed, its hard to feel the smell, because it's like if it is a water with a 5% of light (and bad synthetic) component oil. If you put many spray, you will feel only a fair small fresh melon sensation, that will never be a real pleasure.
Aquatic fresh perfumes need to be a fresh explosion that remain a abyss, oceans, wind and nature (like the King Hawas), but this Royale Blue is only a small pond.

What can I say about it: I would like to try all other fragrances of this brand, because here the quality is top, and every single ingredients is the best that you can find in the world, super niche. That's a really unique deep encens mixed with other highest quality notes, that will transport you in a mystic world that you never fell. Matiere isnt a very famous brand, and I think is about new, but who care..they produce best unique perfume taking the best prime ingredients for every county. Many people say that the best is Falcon leather.

Not bad but it's nothing special and it isn't my ideal perfume. It's ultra frezzy and ultra agrumatic with 90% of melon accord, but not with other complex and special notes. It's a millesime imperial low cost, and you can advert this. Start with direct hit of agrumes bomb, arrive in a stable and fixed melon that will remain in melon only, and disappear in same mode, with not very good changes on olfactive trip.
Good for hot summer, and good mostly for the cheap cost. I feel that is more female perfume.

If not the best enough cheap agrumatic fruity aquatic perfume. There is also amber and some sweet notes that make Hawas incredible good and in high value, with also top longevity and sillage. Here there is real quality, an ultra fresh ultra oceanic ultra wind and very fruity agrumatic fragrance, that will give positivity, perfect for summer but also for other seasons. Its also good elegant with some particular accords that make it sensual and really really attractive. People will be captured for sure. It's perfect for his objective: be a strong elegant fresh perfume. Big big like.
