The island of the dead from 1880
Whoever knows the painting of Arnold Böcklin knows what I write about...
Dark they stand there, the cypresses on the Isle of the Dead. Surrounded by rocks and walls. The damp black earth under the sky covered with dark clouds. Silently surrounded by water lies the Isle of the Dead. The ferryman and his oarsman bring a wooden coffin to the island.
This painting is what I see when I smell Encre Noire. Woody, earthy and very dark but still attractive in its own way

Love takes time...
Sometimes you meet someone who does not necessarily seem likeable at first contact. You may even find him unpleasant. Often this impression remains, but sometimes you change your mind and get to know, like and maybe even love someone better.
Even in the first and second test I didn't find Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme very successful, I didn't understand this hype (especially on YouTube) at all. It was too creamy and too sweet for me. After two months I gave it another chance and tested it again extensively. Finally he convinced me, the all-rounder. Meanwhile I own him in a 100 ml bottle and I wouldn't want to miss him anymore. In my opinion it is the best all-rounder. Whether it is for sports, going out, on a date or at university, it works everywhere. Gives compliments, is not obtrusive but gives a great scent trail, and is extremely well received by women.
Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme is a great, natural fragrance that smells sweet yet masculine.
Meanwhile it has become one of my favourite fragrances, because love sometimes just needs time

Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité
Liberté:
The freedom to develop a fragrance that smells the way marketing wants it to smell. Whether it should be a 1:1 copy of the original or a fragrance "inspired" by it. As far as I know, everything is allowed as far as the pure scent is concerned. But now let's get to THIS scent.
Explorer starts with a juicy bergamot, pepper and a small amount of sage (at least for my nose). I would describe the top note as fruity - fresh and for untrained noses in the local perfumery, this is certainly a convincing argument. The heart note in the form of leather and vetiver quickly emerges, and the eau de parfum immediately looks a bit more masculine. In the base note, ambroxan and akigalawood join in. From this point on, it should smell like the one it is "inspired" by. In the end, it only appears dry and woody. The durability on my skin is about 5.5 hours and the sillage 1.5 hours. For an eau de parfum, I find the shelf life somewhat disappointing.

Égalité:
I wouldn't say Explorer is a clone, as it doesn't have many scents like the prominent pineapple, apple and currant. The birch that gives Aventus its slightly smoky note is also not included. Nevertheless, one has to admit that for untrained noses the drydown reminds surprisingly of Aventus.

Fraternity:
Solidarity in the sense that more and more people want an Aventus for the smaller purse. If you like this kind of scent DNA, you can get it at Explorer, because it is suitable for the masses, unobtrusive and cheap. It brings compliments and is a good all-rounder.
In conclusion, it cannot compete with Aventus. BUT he does not have to as a cheap alternative

A holiday in Provence
Vacation and immediately to the southeast of France, whether by car or by spraying a perfume. I have often experienced both and the rule is always: the longer you stay, the better! The fact is that Eau Sauvage Perfume is eternal. The durability is above average and makes this fragrance one of the most potent in my collection. On my skin the durability is 12-14 hours. The Sillage is also extremely good with 4-5 hours and room filling already with 3 sprays.

Strongly shining lavender fields in the sun, wild flowers, the chirping of cicadas, organs and a woody/resinous - green scent. This is Provence and that's how Eau Sauvage perfume smells to me. Despite this summery description, I would rather wear it from September to spring. Thanks to its impressive performance, it also manages colder days without problems.

The classic flacon is of a very high quality and noble design (as one is used to from Dior fragrances). The green color inside goes very well with the fragrance. The compliment factor is extremely high with this masculine scent, whether man or woman, it goes down very well with both sexes. Whether friends/acquaintances or complete strangers, one is addressed regularly. No surprise, after all Provence is something very special, just like Eau Sauvage Parfum!
