Unfortunately very horny!
'No, I want Mike Ross.'

'But Harvey's the big boss here.'

'So what, I couldn't care less.'

'Look, Harvey's never lost a case, you're in the right place with him.'

'No, I'm not and you do realise Mike has skills Harvey only dreams of?'

'What do you mean now?'

'Well, Harvey comes along loud and has worked hard for it all, full respect for that. But it's all easy for Mike, I'm not worried about him.'

'You certainly don't need to with Harvey!!!'

'I've already said I don't care. Look, to be honest, I just don't like Harvey.'

'How can you not like Harvey?'

'You know, he may have been a great act once, but the varnish is off. Mike is fresh, just the better version. And another thing.'

'Yeah?'

'Harvey stinks!'

'o_O'

Ok, once again in prose for non-suits?

I just couldn't get excited for Aventus, too heavy are some notes, for me it's just not harmonious, also I can't find anything that is unique. This may not apply to older versions, but I can not judge.

The opening at Aventus Cologne is simply sensational. Fresh and very pleasantly citrusy by the mandarin and the combo with ginger and pepper comes across very clear and natural, everything is clearly perceptible.

Playfully everything fits together in the drydown, patchouli and vetiver, then tonka and musk, all wonderfully dosed. So according to the motto, Hey here I am, but in a pleasant way. The top notes remain and even though the citrusy fades into the background, it stays fresh with nice smoky notes. Very masculine in my eyes and suitable for everyday wear for the self conscious in any case. Sillage and projection just right, strong but not overdosed and long enough lasting.

This is also my conclusion. Aventus Cologne is for me the beloved, the multi-talented. Very versatil and yet special, because he just manages to put all the notes together into a whole.

Modern Man by Dior
After my statement now a slightly more detailed review.

Dior Homme has probably always been a statement, unmistakable DNA. And now a complete reformulation?? WTF, Dior...How dare you and Shame!

It is probably as with good books or series, to keep a certain standard with which especially the loyal fans are also satisfied is probably the high art. But now once hand on the heart, is the iris note still something very special that distinguishes Dior? Prada l'homme or Valentino Uomo Intense let greet, which are more than an alternative.

At some point, you have to break away and maybe that uniquely powdery fragrance DNA doesn't fit in today. As much as I love the original version, this is not a modern Scent to me. Quite the opposite, I see the original version rather as a classic, but for that I appreciate him especially.

I have taken a lot of time to form a final judgment. For me, the fragrance reflects the modern man, free of necessarily unique to have to be, to more personality, clear edges and yet playful, seductive, all that I find in it. The clip with Robert Pattinson fits perfectly.

So I can get over the fact that Dior Homme 2020 isn't unique and distinctive. In fact, it is unique to me how the woody and spicy harmonize and the fragrance is still fresh. Because actually, the very notes spicy and woody are something that would tend to put me off, but here it's just so playfully light, which is exactly what I love. I feel the fragrance DNA and the course also as very natural and high-quality. The addition of 2020 you can actually dispense with, Dior Homme has succeeded very well in my view, to break away from conventions and create something new, independent.

For more projection keep to the Fragrance Rule No 1: stop being a sissy sprayer ;)

ps. All those who want to see a professional fragrance description and who are wondering what Dior has actually done and thought exactly in the reformulation, I recommend the video of Aaron Teence Hughes about it (https://youtu.be/K5sQC-ldo2s). I'm still curious about whether there will also be a new Intense version and which note is then still strengthened or added.

Just perfect!
The whole storyline of Molecule 01 alone is fascinating.

Not that I could imagine Sheldon Cooper wearing perfume, but if it were it would be something as sublime as Molecule 01 ;)

I was already on the verge of buying the 01 when I learned that since this year there is the 01 + Iris.

Now I must say that I love the Dior Homme line and one of the series would probably most likely my signature. However, this committing to a fragrance really doesn't sit well with me. And I'm also fascinated by the idea that there is a fragrance that some do not smell at all, which you yourself also do not always perceive and then suddenly just there is.

And Molecule 01 is not just suddenly just there. Just as you always have different moods on the day, so runs the fragrance. All of a sudden there is a wonderful freshness, you feel like new born. Then there are moments when the iris comes very strongly to the fore, in a very fine, pleasant and noble way. I haven't noticed iris that special before. I think when I am approached on the fragrance, I look closely at the person, because then there will probably be a connection.

It's just that to me, it feels like the scent smells just like I am and that the scent doesn't smell the same to anyone else as it does to me. I guess when fragrances can create something like that, it's really special. I think you can wear it very well for any occasion.
