Perfect day
The manufacturer's ppröbchen was included with a delivery as an extra. The colorful photo in the folding card shows 2 fishermen at work, and of course the name Inlé immediately caught my attention.
I have made several cultural trips to Myanmar at a time when the country was still dictatorial quite isolated, and thus the number of foreign tourists kept within limits.
Inle Lake and its surroundings was also a destination. A culture of its own in a country in which, then as now, its own inhabitants are treated by those in power partly with contempt.
The lake radiates a wonderful tranquility. The "lake people" live in, from and with the lake. The fishermen practice their traditional craft without disturbing noise with fish traps. They show an elegance and choreography that is probably unique. The oar is screwed around with the lower leg and foot, and the boat is moved in this way. The arms are completely free for fishing.
All completely unexciting, as is the life of the people in houses on stilts, the cultivation of water gardens, boat markets and the practice of traditional crafts.
The fragrance of the brand Memo Inlé is an eau de parfum. For me, the bergamot immediately joins the floral notes and herbaceous-green component. The individual fragrance notes do not reveal themselves to me, musk makes it creamy. The fragrance is like the lake a resting place that embalms the soul.
For me, clearly feminine. It reminds me of "Aqua vitae forte" by MFK, although this is much more present and herbaceous-spicy.
The Inlé is skillfully done, not a flare in the perfume sky, but a pleasing, bright, year-round wearable fragrance that I would recommend to any woman over 30, if she were to ask for a pleasant ever-goer. The shelf life is about 4h, the sillage is medium.
Finally, the answer, whether the fragrance lives up to its namesake? I find that the implementation fits.

The composition does not matter, the result counts
I was looking for a gift for a mid-thirties, married, for his birthday. So into a perfumery with P and sniffed through. Said guy is very humorous, a rock-solid craftsman, goes to the barbershop and drinks himself once an exclusive whiskey. A fun-loving guy who appreciates the beautiful things.
It became this fragrance because I personally found it best. The successful effervescence of the top notes, my beloved rose geranium (I read only later) and especially the drydown, which makes it very sexy, plus the quite strong sillage and durability. I thought it was nice that an extra sample was bottled for me. This was given to the lucky child-to-be before her birthday. After 2 days came the answer: Megahammerduft, finds especially also the wife.
Today after a few weeks came renewed statements. Evening to go out sparingly applied, the wife found it again very successful. The next morning in the company compliments from colleagues, how great he would smell. It was actually still from the day before. It was positively discussed about the fragrance and demanded that I should adopt all but times, so that they would also get such nice gifts.
This little story as proof that perfume can make happy, does not have to be expensive and this Eau de Toilette (not EdP) can be absolutely recommended.
P.s. I wear the also, why not?

Cuddle Brittle
The bottle is a blind buy due to the many positive reviews. The fragrance is a hit as well as the Aqua vitae forte. Both have in common the noble vanilla that carries the scent from the beginning. No fragrance in my collection equals gentle Fluidity Gold. I can understand what similarity is interpreted with the Intense café, to me they are distinctly different scents. With the Intense café, I can clearly smell the coffee note. With the MFK, nutmeg and coriander seeds dominate. I'm not a fan of it in the spice kitchen, but here it gives the scent a fresh lively spice that lasts exceedingly long. Then the musk and woods come out clearly. In the same opening, the fragrance turns nutty and takes on a brittle note that I find very nice and distinct. The juniper berry I do not find.
Overall, the fragrance joins the more feminine fragrances for Ü40s. No summer favorite, because the citrus or floral notes come off him. But otherwise for all other seasons. If you're looking for an unusual light, warm, nutty creamy gourmand without fresh fruit or florals, you'll find it. No scent trumpet, suitable for many occasions, durability very good. M.E. also very well suited for layering.

Weih(r)auch for beginners in comparison
A lot of nice things have been written about this fragrance. He represents for me the first encounter with the topic incense. Parallel I have the "Mystic incense" of The Merchants of Venice in the test.
The brand CdG I quite like, the CdG2 I bought after long hesitation also as a Flacon. The is loud and fresh-fröhlich, the incense in it is perceptible, but very subliminal.
With Kyoto, it is quite different, although the CdG DNA , the light-synthetic, to smell.
This is a very fine incense mist that lays on the skin like a silk scarf. The scent is quite quiet, linear, remains cuddly and persistently smellable. I can't particularly highlight the other notes listed, but that's not significant. It's the overall artwork that counts. The scent is bright, powdery, smooth. So right for newcomers to the theme. The coffee note is also in the Mystic insence. This one is significantly louder, but also very nice. Here the date note and spices come out much more clearly.
The name Kyoto builds for me the mental bridge to the Japanese tea ceremony and meditation, pause, to this mood fits the fragrance excellent.
The Mystic insence fits Venice; a little louder, happier, more sociable.
In that respect, depending on your mood, I can recommend both scents for incense beginners. For incense lovers who want to linger next to the lit resin, both scents are not the right choice.

Who is looking for pistachio, will find it
Pistachio it should be. After a long search in the forum I was brought on the trail of this fragrance. First, a quick turn to the delightful bottle in the matching color. Beautiful to look at with its pleasing shape, pretty label and the gold/crystal rest of the outfit. Girly bow included. The spray head then releases a massive dose cloud of the pistachio cream ice cream. Sweet, fluffy, and durable as hell. Everything else is creamy garnish, the pistachio bravely keeping its head above water. When it became too much and too sweet for me, I resorted to my secret weapons, with which I bring in a salty component, without covering the heart notes:
I layered with Jo Malone Wood sage and salt and also with Valmont Sea bliss. Both worked with the pistachio.
This is such a reward scent, freely after the motto, I treat`mir times what for the time out. Every day I do not want to wear the, but for the little trip in the summer perfect.
The flacon could have an independent value as an eye-catcher.
