after reading all the comments, I had to try mon guerlain. Now I know that neither lavender nor vanilla is mine.
i sprayed it on and after 10 minutes i didn't even smell it anymore, but on my sweater still the next morning, obviously it doesn't suit my skin, but i think so many people can't be wrong, so it must be me... for whatever reason, it's not for me ;-)

a lovely scent of johanisberry, which immediately goes up my nose, then I smell a lot of rose and violet... a light fragrance, not at all obtrusive, for me to behave and too much rose, for me it is too sweet in the long run, but who likes rose and violet, certainly nice
with me it is also not very durable and I like that with longer durability

the fragrance purchased in a small private perfumery in rom... i still have all the scents i tried in my nose, alternating with the scent of coffee beans, because my nose went on strike in between, but i didn't find any known scent there ... just niche scents and it's been more than a week and i still have the first impression of this perfume in my head ....
the first thought was: what is this?????... i've never smelled anything like this before, then i thought of chewing gum and how very tingling and fresh... no that was not chewing gum..... but what was it

after further trying of other smells unknown to me..I went back to it again and still didn't know it... until the nice saleswoman said: cowardly with a hint of narcissus and a cirtus scent (bergamot... as it turned out)

i reapplied the scent yesterday... it lasts about 6 hours with me...even though i felt a breath this morning...still fascinating... still fresh and very unique, but very pleasant...a perfume for every day... if it weren't for the price...
i had the feeling yesterday that i would be dragging a distinct trail of scent behind me for quite a long time... i felt the scent on me for a long time... and had to smell on my wrist again and again...

conclusion: i think the scent is unusual, maybe not everyone's taste, but what is that? the flacon is not stunning now, but rather something modest, reserved...
try it... i also don't know any other perfume that smells like this..but i'm just at the beginning of my perfume career

at the airport in rom... the seller was really fond of the scent... and i had just spent a lot of money in the city for a niche perfume... but i didn't find the fragrance sooo stunning in the beginning..especially since i don't know how much perfume had in my nose from the past days... so i read it
arrived at home, the fragrance strip is still there and still smells...after a week ... and my husband asked... ohhhhh, what smells soo good??? and it happened... i bought it yesterday... and still today i smell something like marzipan... iwas something to bite into..already intense, the smell and also the durability... the scent trail is also not to be despised... first of all, i smell, also at the airport, a clear tuberose, which at first overshadows everything else and then i feel the citrus fruits and the tuberose goes into the background... this morning then the marzipan or almond like, although there is none at all

so conclusion: i like it, it smells very intense and i also like it that it is clearly a lady perfume and i wear it also on the day
i like the bottle and see if i can get the golden one too...

i am only here for a short time, but i have the first time today :-) and i have chosen hermes etwilly eau poivree for this, also because i like hermes actually very much
two little sprayers and i had the feeling to smell an oniony vegetable... head note .. maybe i'm wrong, but like a cooked vegetable and for me not what i expected from a perfume and with time it didn't get better... the sillage was already noticeable, but the shelf life was not exactly exciting ...

but maybe it's because I don't really have a trained nose... i didn't have any roses...

i would definitely not buy it... to all the others much joy with it
