I came across a sample of this fragrance purely by chance through another Parfumo member, which now prompts me to post a comment.

The floral-fresh fragrance "Snowing Rose" comes from the Japanese fashion designer masakï matsushïma, who is best known for his innovative fashion for men and women, which depicts the meeting of Japanese tradition with modernity. Also celebrities such as the Icelandic singer Björk, Madonna but also actors such as Tom Cruise already wore his outfits.

For me, this fragrance is very interesting,because it does one thing, it plays with the tides.

A little he reminds me as a die-hard Chloé fan- especially in the prelude- to a chloé fragrance, which is, however, more of aquatic nature. Parallels to the French fashion and fragrance house Chloé can be found here all the time, as the fragrance is carried by rose, bergamot and peach and has the classic Chloé DNA.

The fragrance smells very cool through the aquatic notes and makes in my mind's eye an ice and winter landscape, which slowly begins to thaw and heralds the spring. Everything is quiet, so you can hear the sound of the river,which is still under a thick sheet of ice and seeks its way to the sea.

Somewhere in the midst of this winter landscape, a delicate pale-pink rose is blooming, bursting out of the blanket of snow and gently exuding its fragrance. It looks vulnerable as it stands there, surrounded by cold and snow. The tiny ice crystals clinging to its blossoms have become tiny dewdrops due to the first rays of sunlight.

There are magnolia and a strong scent of lotus,which give the yet very aquatic undertone of the fragrance a little more femininity.

I am not a particularly big fan of aquatic fragrances, find this fragrance composition but still extremely exciting and well wearable.
He fits grds well into my fragrance DNA- I just have to find out if I can make friends with this aquatic note in the long run.

Sillage and durability are only mediocre, but that does not bother me personally, because the fragrance of its essence is rather delicate and gentle.

My first fragrance of Clean reserve,which came into my hands and to anticipate a real surprise.

Immediately after spraying on the fragrance starts green-floral. The fragrance has no sweet notes, he starts rather fresh.the szechuan pepper says hello briefly and disappears again, but remains omnipresent. tangerine and lychee I do not smell, he remains absolutely unisex and in the fragrance family spicy-woody.

Men do not have to be afraid of the May rose, because this rose comes, if you think you can guess them, rather spicy-oriental therefore and fits perfectly into the fragrance, gives him something slightly gentle and makes him also for ladies like me well portable.

After the first alcohol has disappeared come directly very intense, strong spicy notes in the nose, which are bedded on woods and remind me of a walk in the woods, if it has not rained for a long time and the ground is slightly dry. Light smoky notes-probably from the incense-come through again and again in waves. The incense plays in contrast to other fragrances not at all unpleasant in the foreground, but remains discreetly in the background, but always perceptible.Also moss, rather dry, lets greet and gives the fragrance a green heart.

The fragrance has for me a very intense, powerful aroma. A fragrance that has really caught my attention.

Especially well it fits in my opinion in the summer and autumn, for the winter months I lack spices such as clove or cinnamon.
The bottle is - the house appropriate - kept clean, which I like mega well.

For fans spicy-green-woody fragrances a real buy recommendation.

I had the opportunity to get a small filling of Ambre Sultan and was actually strongly assumed that I could not do anything with the fragrance as such.

But immediately after spraying I had to think of my vacation in Marrakech, this fragrance,which is found in the depths of the souks and also adheres to the people in the souks themselves.the fragrance is extremely complex, balsamic,spicy and warm. I smell saffron, coriander, warm amber and slightly herbaceous notes.

If you've ever been to Morocco,you'll know this wild yet cohesive blend of scents in the souk.This blend,which pours from a wide variety of shops and stalls in the souk,offers an oriental mix of spices and woods,resin,incense,leather goods,mint,amber,tea,citrus notes,myhrre and vanilla.

While I don't know if I actually want this fragrance,I keep sniffing my wrist and am overwhelmed by the creation.Whenever I sniff,I stand in the middle of the souk.

To the left and right of me hang colorful fabrics, kaftans, leather bags, mules, Sitzpoufs pile up in the shops. Further back, golden lampshades hang, colorful glasses stand in shop windows, tea is being poured somewhere, art is being hammered in niches.
behind me I hear a spice dealer loudly chattering with his customers. Steam from cookshops,with wonderful spices pouring from the surrounding alleys. The heavy scent of incense is in the air,so thick you could cut the air. Heavy perfume oils strip my nose.No matter where you walk and stand,everywhere the eye discovers new and the nose catches other smells.

Golden amber gives the fragrance "ambre Sultan" not only its name,he is also the main actor who keeps from beginning to end in the fragrance.Not intrusive but present benzoe resin accompanies and gives an additional comforting warm and earthy note but also a leathery sweetness.
Since I hate leather in fragrances should be said for even non-leather fans that this is not a typical leather smell, which is noticeable here.

Coriander, angelica root and Labdanum smells one.
Likewise, the scents of bay leaf and myrtle can be sniffed quite clearly.oregano, sandalwood, styrax and soft vanilla join them. The scent does not change much, remains the same and for hours.

The resinous notes are so fine-tuned and so soft, that my nose is not bothered by it. The fragrance would lack originality,would these notes of styrax and benzoin are missing.

If someone has never smelled the Orient or even the Arab world, ambre sultan should definitely try once, because it underlines the fairy tale of a thousand and one nights.

The fragrance is absolutely unisex and equally wearable for ladies and gentlemen without inclination in one direction or another. On the right person and the right type of person, this exclusively exceptional fragrance can become a real signature fragrance.

Durability, sillage and projection: Remains consistent skin, lasts a very long time.

Already with the first spray is to be recognized with chloé tangerine the typical chloé signature, the light rose smell, which gives all chloés its face.

ROSE TANGERINE is, however, more self-confident, modern and feminine than its predecessors, especially joins here a fruity and lively tangerine, which gives the fragrance its name.
Nevertheless, he loses nothing of the typical
romantic, playful elegance of the house Chloé.

Delicate rose is the first thing that captures the nose.I like rose fragrances like,they must not, however, be too "crass" dosed,as it is, for example, MFK l'eau de la rose.
The rose in the fragrances of Chloé is dosed for my feeling just right, because it is light, feminine and sensual and always gives its wearer a touch of cool romance.

Surprisingly sweet and quite suddenly-after about 10 minutes- turns the fragrance into the fruity. tangy tangerine and currant join the rose.
Who the previous Chloés were too rose-heavy, could find here a rather fruity-floral answer. In my eyes, rose tangerine offers a very good start for Chloé fragrance beginners.

With rose tangerine it is not a fragrance that slays you. For people with a preference for very present fragrances Chloé rose tangerine is definitely nothing. Like all fragrances from the series, this is also very close to the body and discreet.

Exciting to the fragrance is in my eyes, however,that it changes again about two hours after application. When warm woody notes of cedar and ambra are added, rose tangerine gets some character and more presence.

Even if rose tangerine reminds me a little of the edT from 2009, the fragrance has a completely independent temperament, with more sweetness than its predecessor,which was rather powdery, which rose tangerime does not offer at all.

The fragrance is suitable for every situation in life, for everyday life, festivities or office.da There are so many different fragrances, every woman, every age finds their matching Chloé fragrance, without having to do without the typical Chloé signature.

Like all fragrances that I own from Chloé, rose tangerine is also perceived by my environment as pleasant and seductive. The typical chloé note also tells my environment - without saying a word - that I wear Chloé.
I personally appreciate that about fragrances from Chloé very much.

Sillage and projection are rather moderate.
The texture is soft and delicate.
