Passion flower
The scents I am mostly picking up are the passion flower and some vetiver. We own some property out by a lake and there are passion flower vines growing on it. They smell fantastic, and I have always wondered if the scent was used in perfumes. So I was surprised and excited to find that this perfume, indeed had passion flower in it. Yes, there is vanilla in this but it's not a warm vanilla to me but kind of cool and icy with perhaps a little mint. I don't find the vanilla all that strong. Perhaps it's just me. With the first spray, I thought that this was too subtle. Boy was I wrong! In about 5 seconds the power of the fragrance shot out from me into the room. It's strong and has lasted now for several hours. It's fabulous!

Surprisingly good
I smelled this on a young woman while in the check out line of a grocery store. It was a sweet musky floral fragrance and very noticeable. I was amazed when she told me it was White Diamonds. She said it was her favorite perfume and she wore it all the time. My previous perception of this scent was that it had way too much aldehydes in it for my tastes. But yet, here was this young girl wearing it and it smelled fantastic. I think perhaps this is one of those scents that you really need to have patience for and wait for the die down. Also I think it smells better from the other persons perspective, since they are not right on top of the scent as the wearer is. The fact that you could still smell it it a grocery store says a lot about the strength and sillage.

Craving something woody
I bought this because I was craving a woody, earthy chypre type of fragrance. I am not very good at picking out individual notes, however all in all, I find this to be mostly a mossy mimose. I thought, no way am I going to detect any rose in this with all those other notes, but I do. There is this one lone soft powdery rose amongst all those woody(sandalwood), mossy, patchouli notes. The only other floral I am picking up is the mimose, which I believe is stronger than even the rose.
This is a very rich, deep intoxicating scent. But there also is a freshness to it, like a cool breeze blowing through the woods, probably the aldehydes. Normally I am not fond of aldehydes but it works with this one, and it's not over the top. Thankfully I don't smell the civit. This is a sillage monster, so just a couple of sprays and I'm good. I think too much of this would be sickening, but applied lightly it is delightful.

Aromadisiac for Her
This is a very gourmand fragrance but not exactly typical of today's foody scents. It's very unusual as the combination of notes produce a scent like no other mainstream fragrance I know of. It could easily be one of those quirky, niche fragrances developed by someone like Smell Bent. Yes, it does smell like black jelly beans a bit and along with that note I am enjoying a weird smell of something like a rubber tire. Freaky I know, but somehow it works. Also I'm getting ginger which is not listed as one of the notes, but I assure you it IS a note listed by Avon. The underlying sweetness I think is coming from the macaroon note, also listed by Avon, and the tonka bean. The tonka bean I read is commonly used as a replacement for vanilla and gives the impression of a soft sweet almondy gourmand scent. The only drawbacks I find to this scent is that it does not last as long as I would like it to. The silage is fair and that is ok with me because this is one of those comfort scents. Something you wear when it's cold outside and you want to snuggle up with a hot beverage and enjoy some alone time, perhaps reading a book.
