Club de Nuit Sillage opens with the very characteristic bergamot from Armaf, more harsh than the ones used by other brands.
It has a green touch of leaves and immediately becomes a floral scent. There is also a slight aquatic aroma, but not too much (it is something I don't usually appreciate). In the early hours, the Ambroxan is strong and projects the scent immensely. On very hot days, it can be cloying.
In the drydown, it's musky and woody.

It does have similarities with Creed Silver Mountain Water but for me it is better. Armaf is synthetic, nothing discreet with its strong sillage, but Creed has something in its blend that bothers me slightly, maybe the strong marine notes. The Creed is fresher, more elegant but lacks performance, which is Armaf's strong point. For the price, if you're looking for a citrus-floral for spring, it's worth it.

It's a fruity, floral, oriental.

It starts with a blast of fresh fruits like orange, apple and of sweet fruits like pineapple, red berries.
The fresh fruits disappear very quickly and a strong freshly picked rose on a rainy day scent overlaps the pineapple and the red berries for about 10 minutes. The rose is very spicy, perfectly blended with cardamom and coriander.

15 minutes after spraying the perfume, the rose loses some strength and we get now a very noticeable blend of pineapple, red berries, rose, cinnamon and a bit of magnolia.

In the drydown, the musk starts to shine and to make the perfume very sexy. The perfume is now more fruity, but also very syrupy, maybe from the amber and the toffee. The vanilla is sweet and quite present but I get also some woods.

After some hours, I only get sweet fruits with a lot of musk and saffron, pepper, that gives me the same vibe as Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. The Ambroxan, that I get from the start, makes Lamar project with a lot of power and gives an ethereal feel to the scent.

Projection is very good. The same for longevity.
It's a sexy and playful scent that you can use on a summer night or during the spring and fall.

I like perfumes with good projection and that last a whole day on my skin.

The problem is that in order to have perfumes that project for hours and last for more than 15 hours, we often have to go for perfumes with oud or other darker ingredients that do not please everyone.

But there are exceptions, often with extracts of perfumes, as the Maison Francis Kurkdjian usually uses, that last for two days on my skin without being heavy, thick, saturating and that emanate around me like crazy.

Today I discovered one of these perfumes:
Eau de Mystique - Wesker (2020)

As soon as I sprayed my arm, my nose was immediately assaulted by a smell of bitter orange with honey (but not that very sweet honey that comes in the bottles I buy at the supermarket, I'm talking about dark, “dirty” honey, just taken out of the hive. Then cinnamon, a floral scent, other spices, all without being too sweet.

I decided to give two more sprays, naive. After five hours, I went to have coffee. When I entered the tavern, all the people I came across commented on my perfume. And yes, they could feel through the masks, at a good distance and after 5h.

The scent has been evolving all day on my skin. Throughout the day, it looked like he had put on 3 or 4 different perfumes. A comforting, extremely pleasant smell.

I went to Parfumo to confirm that I had a high score and to my amazement, I see that it has a weak 7.3 out of 26 voters. Astonished, I went to look for the reviews of some youtubers who understand niche perfumes and then I only found high praise, all with an opinion equal to mine. Everyone warn you to only put 1 or 2 sprinkles, as the perfume is a monster that lasts for days and days, even after taking a shower.

I really liked the perfume and I give it 9/10 in scent. And it has already been 11h and it seems that I put the perfume on 30 minutes since it is so present, and that without being heavy, nauseating, tiring.

Torino is very peculiar, I cannot associate it with any other perfume I know. And I still don't know if I like it or not. I think it will be one that I will love after 3 or 4 wears.

It has a powerful, fresh opening, with sour orange and plenty of black pepper, which lasts for about 5 minutes. Then neroli and gaiac wood come in.

With the nose close to my skin, it smells like Ikea furniture but in the air it has a sweet, earthy, caramelized scent, such an addictive and gourmand combination.
Later on, you feel a very soft vetiver and patchouli (which is not listed). Vanilla is also noticeable.

Performance is quite good. Longevity is around 10 hours. Sillage is just above average.

Contrary to what the characters from the movie Coffee and Cigarettes (2003) recommend in these quotes, Halloween Man X is an injection of caffeine.

In the opening, it's that coffee we drink when we have a headache in which we add a few drops of lemon to the contents of a Portuguese coffee cup (homemade recipe for migraines).
My displeasure with this perfume is that I stopped drinking coffee with sugar many years ago and the coffee scent with sweetness makes me a little sick, despite the fact that Halloween Man X is not that sweet. But these are already my habits.

The perfume is simple, it's pleasant and will please those who like the smell of weak coffee with sugar.
You also get some tonka bean that create a cozy scent for the autumn and the winter.

As for the price, if you stop drinking coffees for a few days, you've saved enough to buy a 125ml bottle.

Longevity is average, as with projection.
