By encouraging a dear Parfuma now my impressions to this fragrance.


I was so looking forward to the Grain de Soleil because of the comments. For me the first blind purchase at all and then it should come also still extra from France for me. Almost unbearably the time between ordering and arrival of the foreign fragrance mail, I read the fascinating comments about GDS over and over again and could not wait. When I had him then, took off the flacon lid and smelled at the bottle was to me as if an old fragrance love well-sun and as in a dream would winch.

Well, for all of you who suspect what might come now, experience has shown: For me it has no resemblance at all to Hypnotic Poison, as some other lovely perfumes have reported, but if at all to......... Alien.
And even my partner, when I first got the scent on it, said "you smell like when we first met". And at the time, I always wore aliens. I DO NOT WANT to have this alien association with the scent, because Grain de Soleil totaaaaaaaal is beautiful in itself. I can smell the neroli but overall the scent is so round that I really have trouble perceiving a certain note. It smells very nice nerolig - powdery. and has for me something very romantic, intimate and trustworthy. I smell something mandelible, too. The problem with me is this damn alien association. The scent smells sunny but not like the sun banging on the body in summer, but a winter sun, or a very concentrated sun, just a seed of the sun or a romantic sunset. For me, a fragrance to go out at night. He's definitely not too cute, I'd say. For me a mixture of everything: powdery, sweet, a hint of spicy (much too round blended everything), flowery. The fragrance is very rich and concentrated. 1-2 sprayers are definitely enough. A scent for intimate conversations, entrusting secrets, deep glances. Emotional intelligence in scented form.

I really wonder how a perfectly harmonious fragrance like "Dia" can have the same origin as this fragrance candidate. At the beginning I can imagine a beach atmosphere with sun cream and salty sea under this scent - if also with help. Bergamot certainly does not play a subordinate role in the top note. However, the fragrance retains its astringency from the beginning and only intensifies it over time. Like an impenetrable wall made of the hardest scented metal, something is created on my wrist which causes me to dislike it deeply and leads to washing up attempts...
Imaginable that it certainly smells pleasantly sunny and perhaps sweeter with some of the girder gutters, but it is definitely not my case

After the many great comments, I quickly started to test the fragrance in a perfumery before going to work. Otherwise I always avoid the Mugler stand but today I visit it. And then there's "Angel" next to "Muse" on it. I try to calm down, because he should be different ;) I'm really glad that the perfume is also available for testing in the perfumery and spray a splash on my wrist first.
A grapefruit cloud spreads quickly. Well, I remembered the grapefruit note in the top note.

i wait wait wait for the gourmandig powdery hazelnut note....

After the appearance of the Grapefruit is over I smell Patchuli (reminds me of Chili here) with a hint of icing sugar and Nutella (however in my head I'm already set to smell the hazelnut note)

Overall I am disappointed because I really hoped for a lot.
Maybe it's my skin, maybe it's my nose, but this scent feels like a foreign body to me. The scent doesn't smell round on me. The patchouli steals here the hazelnut note of the show. I haven't experienced him as a gourmand either
It's not like I feel "oh, god, now you have to wash it off," but I don't like it on me. Mainly because I had high expectations...
I'd really like to smell the scent on someone else who likes to wear it. Maybe it smells nutty-powdery then :)

A rainy day, on which I want to make NOTHING demanding so felt. At the main station I pass a Rossmann and finally want to spray on this highly praised scent. A staff member unlocks the door to the perfume department. With a slight stomach ache I sniffed at other specimens lying around there before and my head and stomach protested, but that didn't stop me from having this scent sprayed on my wrist. What do you want me to say? I have to sniff my wrist every few seconds and the world seems healthy and beautiful, like a soothing balm. But I seem to soak up the scent with my nose, because it smells less and less....and I don't get stomach ache either, quite the contrary. Next time I will probably spray him more generously...
To the fragrance: A very round fragrance, without a pungent note. I smell juicy peach that seems to melt with the dark vanilla. I think that's a nice, comforting scent for wintertime :)

With cloud soaps I ordered a sample of this fragrance, because the description had promised me.
In the beginning I smelled only berries, then the vanilla came through and I floated the whole day like an angel through my everyday life! One feels wrapped in this fragrance irresistible, gentle and peaceful.
Really very successful!
