The fallen gods
This Greek deity is not in a blue bottle, but basically Sculpture is nothing other than a solid summer adequate with a floral touch. With many hyped and modern representatives of this popular fragrance family, the 25-year-old fragrance can still easily keep up. He is not at all dusty or somehow fallen out of time, but today actually more current than ever.

The sillage is above average for a pleasant, fresh summer fragrance. 2-3 hours he wraps his wearer well perceptible in an april-fresh fragrance cloud, but then loses unfortunately quite quickly in staying power. From a modern point of view, you could save for my taste in the mixture nowadays quite a bit of lily of the valley, but that's already whining at a high level

The once because of its beautiful and eye-catching flacon design in many bathrooms to find well-scented summer water, which wandered at its zenith for 4-5 times the price over the counters, is today in the 100 ml bottle often sold at a ridiculous price of about 15.00 euros and is on the shelf usually somewhere below, next to the imitator fragrances of La Rive or other cheap brands to find. My stomach always turns at such completely unjustified and disrespectful abuse of former greats and celebrities. For me, Sculptue is and remains a solid, well-made, absolutely wearable and brightly fresh summer fragrance. Sculptue has in no way deserved this ignominious existence of a fallen god

Fine is fine!
Fine is fine!

Fine Accoutrements is a small, American family-owned business based in Fairport, NY that has been manufacturing items for traditional wet shaving since 2005, including aftersaves, shaving soaps, brushes, razors, soap jars, and more.

The aftershaves of Fine are always inspired by popular old-school men's fragrances such as Rive Gauche Pour Homme, Yves Saint Laurent, Guerlain Vetiver, Terre d'Hermes and others. The skillfully elegant formulation uses only four ingredients and contains no artificial colors, emulsifiers, silicones or parabens. In all aftershaves, the only ingredients are alcohol, water, perfume and a dash of menthol, which is typical of US aftershaves.

The 100 ml glass flacon is reminiscent of "the good old days" by its appearance, and is kept simple in an appealing and cool retro style. The Fine L'Orange Noir Aftershave Splash represents thereby a tribute to the French, spicy, woody, earthy luxury fragrance Terre d 'Hermes, from 2006. A fragrance to which I think I must write here nothing more.

The care properties of Fine L'Orange Noir I feel as consistently good. After the typical burning of the alcohol, which thoroughly and reliably disinfects the face after shaving, the menthol contained cools the skin in the aftermath then nice down. The contained fragrance immerses one in the familiar classic, masculine and tart-sweet scent cloud. The Fine L'Orange Noir produces a very good sillage for an aftershave and also has quite a good shelf life. I like to layer the Fine L'Orange Noir after shaving with the original EDT from Hermes. An absolute dream!
Fine is just fine!

The disciples have grown older..
Back in the 90s, I was also one of the many self-confessed Cool Water disciples. For me, this new, fresh, blue aqua fragrance was an absolute sensation. He was therefore of course gladly and often worn by me and there was hardly anyone at that time, whether man or woman, who did not love this fragrance somehow. But as is often the case with popular fragrances, at some point almost everyone smelled it, because of course there was also a Cool Water for the ladies. So I got tired of the fragrance and after emptying several bottles I switched to other fragrance families. Most of the aquatic fragrances that saw the light of day after the legendary Cool Water were either too sweet for me, or had far too weak a performance or durability. When trying out the numerous new releases that hit the market after the Cool-Water era, I always had the feeling that most of the waters of this fragrance family somehow all smelled the same anyway. With Cool-Water Intense, however, I have now finally found an aquatic that can absolutely carry me away again.

The creators of Cool-Water Intense have succeeded in creating an extremely wearable and uncomplicated composition. Without being a mere copy of the original Cool Water, but its origin is still not to be misjudged. One has the feeling that Cool-Water has become more mature and mature by concentrating on only three fragrances, is no longer quite so playful, has evolved and moved with the times, without forgetting its origins. Like a mature person who has grown older, this fragrance has lost some of its former freshness and effervescence, but has become more uncomplicated and distinctive, perhaps also a little more adapted and no longer quite so youthfully cool, but without having lost its carefree lightness. As if one has met an old friend from the youth after quite a few years again, who has grown up, but has retained his sunny disposition over the years.

Cool-Water Intense is an extremely successful, modern development with outstanding performance and durability, which stands out thanks to the reflection on its roots, clearly from the modern blue mishmash. It is simply a pleasure to have this fragrance on you. Every former Cool Water disciple should try this great fragrance in any case.
