Cedar bomb
First let me correct things wrongly listed
1- the name is Oud al Qasr "not Qsar".
2- the perfumers is not listed and hi name is Louise Turner.
3- The fragrance is Unisex is noted in the Coty website "Not Feminine".
To the review
This is a cedr bomb from top it starts with a very noticebale Cedar wood softened with labdanum and vanilla
Few minutes later the Agarwood starts to reveal and it's exactly the same agarwood note used in Tom Ford's Oud wood and probably Versace's Oud Noir this oud note kicks in after a 5 minutes of the strong Cedar beginning Oud accompanied by the strengthening of Vanilla and labdanum the vanilla is what makes the base of this fragrance so great.
this is a creamy woody fragrance with very strong Cedar character more than oud it's not very medicinal and fans of fragrances like Gucci Pour homme and straight to heaven by kilian will just fall in love to it
it projects really nice
and lasts for a great deal of time

Why is Fresco too damn close
Duplicating perfumes is done using 2 techniques
1- Gas chromatography.
2- Head space technology.
and since the aroma chemicals used in fragrances costs an average of $140 a kilo and that kilo makes up about 50 bottles of an EDP and i took a lot of time in the research and can confirm it's credibility with confidence so you will find up a lot of replicas that is identical to successful fragrances and don't fool yourself thinking that aventus is an all natural bla bla, pineapples and apples has no natural extractable odor oil and Ambergris is banned in any commercial activity in both USA and Australia.
Even those fragrances with high doses of natural ingredients can be approximated very closely using the most dominant synthesizable molecules and even agarwood has main constituents that has been succesfully synthezied i smelt agar synthetics that smells really close really really close though not 100% identical but a fair 95% close at a fraction of the cost in fact a fraction of a fraction of the cost of the real oil
I became more confident about this reality when i bought an oil of kilian Musk Oud from Here my country Egypt
,a 50 mls of this stuff costs $250 i bought 20 mls of pure oil diluted them in alcohol and pretty bottled them for $7 with and the result was really close approximation to the original rendering them only distinguishable on a hand by hand comparison
So don't get amazed if axe copies creed's Aventus one day
Though i would pay the money happily to creed because they took their time and effort to create this gem
and this is the real cost in perfumery time and effort not the materials themselves

Non Smokey Aventus - Not a bit of smoke.
A pineaple and Geranium based scent with support from grape fruite, oranged and black pepper, caraway is to the minimum but it plays a nice rule in balancing things out, base notes are not great players except for the musk Very Well made with Nice Longevity and projection.
It's a non smokey version of Aventus with no Arabian Touch at all if you aim swiss arabian for such a reason then don't bother.
Occasions > All.
Development > Linear.
Projection > will rate Later but above average for now.
Longevity > will rate later but good for now.
Versatility > 10/10.
Update
This is much better than aventus with creamy sandalwod aspect that shines in mild springy wether this is a must buy.
Longevity and projections are prety solid.
