Choward's Violet candy in a bottle
This one smells exactly like the Violet Candy that I would get from my English family when they visited. There is some woodsy and green hints behind the candy but the candy is so dominant on my skin it's a bit off putting. It's not a bad perfume but not very memorable either. It's just "nice".

edit: Someone mentioned a citrus smell, perhaps it's the Vetiver? I didn't get it very srtong but it was in the dry down.

Liner but nice.
It doesn't smell very "plumeria" on the skin but the sillage has a fantastic true plumeria quality. The scent is pretty linear. It doesn't have that sharpness I get from many white florals. It also doesn't say tropical to me. It's soft and mellow. A very good "tea in the garden with mum" scent.

Fast and Fleeting.
It opens with a soapy Orange Blossom and them warms up to a very sharp white floral (dominated by Jasmine). The dry down is a bit less sharp and more soapy again. The Ylang-Ylang and cedar are hinted at but never fully develop on my skin. It became a skin scent fairly quickly (less than 2hours) and the evolution of the scent was super fast. It had fully faded to nothing within 3-4 hours. Because of how sharp the heart gets with the Jasmine and other white flowers I am going to have to put this on my dislike list. I could feel the potential of a lovely scent, but it never developed that way for me.

White florals (Jasmine especially) has a tendency to get sharp on my skin. If this is not a problem for you I think it'd be more soapy and pleasant. Worth a try at least, if you don't mind how quickly it fades.

Hot weather honey bomb.
I pretty much just got a cloyingly sweet honey smell. The Floral notes didn't peak through until just about the time it faded. Definately not a good one for me.

Edit: I tried this again a few times since my previous review and in the colder, drier weather it is more complex tha the Honey bomb I got in the humid heat of summer. I still don't like it, but I was able to pick out a leather smoky, incense thing behind the cloying honeyed orange. This is defiantly orange blossom but it's not white, or green. It's yellow and honeyed. I can see how some people would go for it. On someone else's skin it may become divine. On me it was not so good.

I could see this being a favorite orange Blossom of the people whom gravitate towards Cuir de Russie, Tabac Blond, and Black Orchid. It gives off the same vibe when it's not a honey bomb.

Too much Pepper.
Pepper. Ocassionally a whiff of Tuberose, but pretty much just pepper. I got tired of the pepper after about an hour and just wanted it to wear off.

Update: When I tried this in colder weather I still primarily got the pepper but it wasn't quite as LOUD or off-putting. I still don't like it but I admit that the pepper was smoother and nicer than it was in the humid summer.

If you like pepper this may be a good one for you to try. The longevity could be better but it's not terrible.*
