why is reserve privé hailed while this one isn’t? they’re both trying the similar-but-better shtick, and i’d argue valentino does it better

honey+leather+orris makes this a sticky, smoky, sweet, sultry scent that i’m almost afraid of. to the untrained nose this smells oud-like

- sticks to the skin for hours and hours
- opening is arguably a little too strong for me
- dry-down is heavenly
- pinnacle of perfumery

choosing between if i’m liking this or not, but i think it’s just too sweet. also really reminds me of CN’s Homme, adding redundancy for me
