Eau Sauvage on the run!
When I tried the perfume version at Mr. Wuchsa's, I was completely overwhelmed. A great, rich fougère with balsamic notes. Classic, but without looking stale or even musty. The purchase decision was made immediately after the first scent and I always buy the perfume regularly.

But what was Mr. Roger Bird thinking when he released the PC version? The fragrance itself is no longer comparable to the perfume, except for the basic DNA. The "potentiation" on the PC concentration, indicated by RD around 18%, I can unfortunately no longer recognize. The PC offers an almost disastrous performance and feels much weaker and more watery compared to Enigma PC.

The fragrance in this version is more like a slightly better formulated Eau Sauvage than the original Scandal perfume.

I sprayed 2 ml of it, as recommended by Dove, on the side of my lower neck and shirt collar, together with a good dose on my sacko. The hair was then spoiled with 3 additional sprays. Summasumarum a quite high dose. I wanted to be well scented with it for a whole evening in the casino.

The first 30 minutes were fantastic. Great Sillage, balsamic like the perfume and absolutely no reason to complain. When I arrived at the casino I waited for my friends at the bar and about 90 minutes passed after application.

The sweat was on my neck when my best friend first said: "Oh! No perfume today! We don't know you like this!" ... [laughter] Of course I immediately asked the friend to jibe to convince myself of his mistake. "Ah ok, now! Today it's just aftershave..."

I was horrified. Not that I myself only experienced a touch of Eau Sauvage, but also the fact that I was naked that evening, which was probably olfactory, has shaped the impression of this fragrance ever since

Top up every hour and the fragrance fits. If you don't have a bottle with you, the spell is gone after 60-90min.

I think very much of Roja in terms of his competence. So I seriously wonder if he is doing this on purpose. Precisely so that the client is forced to apply more. I don't know

The scent is ok, but Eau Sauvage does it in this category and H+S are not weak but simply not present. Therefore I see absolutely no reason to buy it again in this work. Unless Roja finally realizes that there is room for improvement in terms of performance. Can he do this. Wonders if he wants to

I recommend the perfume. The PC however is not worth mentioning. I'm sorry

U30 Oud for Le Male fans
I waited 4 weeks for this scent after I decided to order blind at an online provider. My experience in the perfume business and my trust in various Youtuber owed.
What did I expect? I was expecting a sweet, but still unisex scent in the style of the well-known Rose Oud fragrances. The pyramid promised me a fragrance that plays with sweet and bitter contrasts.

What did I get? A syrupy sweet mash with the scent of rose loukoumia and the commercial vanilla known from le Male ... and at a price that, in my opinion, is totally inappropriate for this highly commercial scent. I'm happy to pay 725€ for a RD from this segment, but not 270€ for a fragrance that loses its complexity after 20min and only smells of rose-filled cotton candy.

Pretty soon he gets annoying, much too sweet and gives me a headache. I love Rosen Aouds... but this one is imho no rose aoud, but a rose gourmand. The violet has the endurance of an old lady and the masculine part I look for in vain. This fragrance is perhaps still wearable for men who have been doing bodybuilding for years... but even then, in my opinion, it still looks far too feminine to pass for plain.

H+S are actually more than enough, but I don't really want to have such an exaggeratedly sweet syrup.

Boys under 30 are welcome to try it out for the disco, ladies under 40 are also welcome to try it out for leisure. But then please only in the cold winter. Because already in spring, this "masterpiece" of a perfumer who doesn't want to wear perfume himself looks much too pompous and artificial.

Even 10 liters of Alien would be more tolerable for my nose. I don't like him. He disappointed me and I'm going to pass him on again. Best to a fan of very strong and sweet gourmands.

For me, the topic of MFK is over at this point. Even though I appreciate Amyris very much... he spoiled my view of this house

Pity.

AAAP and the rest...
...can pack up. With AAAP, you decide on a statement. But never for any form of understatement. This scent polarizes. You need a lot of experience with perfume to give this fragrance the love it deserves.
He impresses with an absolutely solidly composed appearance. Where Roja tends to whisper in his complete works, he shows here for the first time a fragrance that is as loud as a Montale but does not have to show any loss of quality. Like Diaghilev, this fragrance demands the appropriate outfit. It does not have to be a chic suit, but a generally dark, not very playful outfit. Sporty and casual or casual dress spoils the stage for this fragrance.

It is heavy, brimming with opulence and its sillage resembles a dark, mysterious veil. In the opening he comes across as very animalistic and resinous and only slightly fruity. The 40 percent Extrait (perfume version) starts out worlds lighter and quieter with much more fig. The AAAP is more powerful, rosy, smoky and much more masculine. After 30 minutes, it levels off in the direction of the perfume, but still remains continuously louder and darker. The aoud has a high-quality effect and is never obtrusive or even too animalistic. The animalism is perfectly balanced and is perfectly surrounded by heavy dark fig. It is much louder than Diaghilev, much more pleasant in the base and above all much more durable than the other Rojas I know...Whoever is looking for a really perfectly composed aoud that meets all requirements should give it a chance. Buying blind is absolutely no risk. Not even at this price. This fragrance is so beautiful and of such high quality that you can hardly do anything wrong with it. Even the following day it still bursts with radiance.
The rose is one of the most beautiful I have smelled so far, the fig dances harmoniously with it and never seems monotonous. The whole Drydown is unmistakable and offers everything a real perfume connoisseur wants.

For me the best Roja after Chypre Extraordinare and Diaghilev.

If you don't buy it, you're missing out on something great

A dream!

Chipie, not Chippie!
It's 1999 and I was going to the cinema for the first time with my math teacher's niece. My brand-new scooter of the Piaggio Skipper type took me to the cinema where she, my first date, was already waiting for me. These are vivid memories that catch up with me at that moment when I took her hand, stiff as a poker and not saying a word, and we entered the cinema together, embarrassed.

The film was already running but I could not follow it. I was much too nervous then. But one thing caught my attention. It was the smell of ripe fruit over a flowery chypre accord with a certain light, almost minty freshness. As a child I had already been a perfume miniature collector, but I had no idea what kind of fragrance it should be. After the film, I immediately asked which perfume she was wearing. We ran to the nearest drugstore and there she showed me her signature scent. Chipie! Princess! I was stunned and the next day I came back to the store to buy a bottle of it myself. Since then I only talked about Chipie at school! So it didn't take long until I was greeted by my comrades with the nicknames Chipie
I even signed my SMS with this name and added a p to the name to "masculinize" it a little bit.

A fragrance that marked my youth. Layered with Boss Bottled, I went to school in the morning. My hobby has begun...

The smell is missing! A grandiose work in a price range that I can no longer take seriously today. At that time there were still really good scents for little money.

If you never smelled him, you're missing out.

Vanitas Mundi.
