Tested him with four, three other Creeds at the time. Together, was still inexperienced. Had heard that the Aventus was very good, but I didn't know of any hype.
First, Aha, Aha, all not soo cool, I found original vetiver shortly after the best. Time went by... ok, so that was them. Not bad, but yes. I almost stayed with Lalique L'insomnis. But then! All of a sudden, back in the tram, I got hit! A breath of an indescribable fruit basket passed me by. A mixed drink made from the finest fruits. I just thought, cool! I did not realize which Creed it was now. Couple times I had to sniff the wrists and arms until I could locate the smell.
After that I went to the perfumery a few more times to test, of course without any other fragrances on those days, then it was clear, this is and will stay, my Signature Scent!


I'm really not an expert on scents now, I would just describe it as horny fruit juice, with that certain light-soapy smoky understatement. But pleasant, I'm sure, is the birch bark. And I appreciate that as someone who gets headaches from soap a la Prada L'Homme

Up to now no better one found, despite curiosity.
