When I complimented a colleague at work on her fragrance, I had no idea that this incredibly engaging, sweet, coconut-laden fragrance was actually a version of the Olympea I hated so much.

I find the original version of Olympea very unpleasant, the salty note makes me think irrevocably of old draught cigarette smoke and alcohol. Roch a woman, as if she just came from a drunken night in the pub, I knew she was wearing Olympea.
Nothing like that with Olympea Legend: About three or four meters away from my colleague I already took this smell of roasted, sweet coconut. The closer I came, the more fruity the coconut became and finally turned into sugared plum with vanilla and roasted pistachios. The fragrance reminded me a bit of the summer scents of Escada, but much more noble and adult, not light and meaningless, but heavy, deep and sweet (without the otherwise so typical salt note) - this is how the sunset smells to me :)

Well, now there's actually an Olympea fragrance at the top of my wish list for the summer, who would have thought :D

There was a time, it has been a long time ago, I was not averse to drinking through nights in narrow, noisy clubs or even large discotheques (What have I found great about it????? :D) At that time, I would estimate that meanwhile 15 years have passed, was still smoked in these establishments. If you came home in the middle of the night or early in the morning, your hair and clothes stank of a mixture of sweat, alcohol and above all old cold cigarette smoke.

I'm sorry somehow and when I read the other comments, I doubt myself and especially my sense of smell, but Olympea smells exactly like the one I just described.
If I notice this smell of old cigarette smoke with a salty, alcoholic note on a woman, I wonder every time whether she has been through the night or is simply wearing Olympea (and I smell the smell almost every day on different women).

I have never smoked before in my life and find the smell extremely repulsive, accordingly the enthusiasm of the many Olympea lovers for this fragrance somehow does not open me up. Of course, fragrances are ultimately a matter of taste and are perceived and interpreted differently by everyone, but I find it quite unusual that opinions can diverge so widely.

I was eagerly on my way to the city to try out the new Juicy Couture fragrance, as I really like all of the lovingly and partly kitschy packaged fragrances without exception.
But right at the first sniff I noticed that something was wrong. The fragrance was pleasant, but very pleasing and almost boring. I smell fruit, something fresh, but I can't tell what exactly. By the time, and I don't mean after a few hours, I don't smell anything anymore. Really nothing more, the scent disappears on my skin within half an hour.
I'd like to know why, but on my skin "Oui" smells fresh and fruity for a moment, like a light body spray, but then flies away and leaves a hint of nothing. Too bad, for me "Oui" is more of a "Non"

Light Blue is a fragrance that surprised me incredibly.
I've known him for a very long time, almost all of my classmates had the scent from sixth grade to high school graduation (the "old" version back then).
As a lover of very sweet and heavy fragrances he never convinced me, or rather never interested me. Now, ten years after my school days, I simply tried Light Blue again, wanted to know if I was still not interested in the fragrance and lo and behold: I love it. This fresh cocktail of apple, lime and sun-kissed skin just blew me away, it smells like summer and a carefree time for me, it simply makes me happy. When I wear it I can't stay away from my wrist
The fragrance doesn't develop strongly with me, the citric note becomes only a little sweeter with time. The silage is ok, but not breathtaking.
My favorite scent for the summer :)
