It was of course my first niche fragrance, something special and unique.
I remember it was midweek when the mailman rang, yet I waited until Friday to open it. For the reason that I can share this moment with my new top and my new shoes, which I wanted to put on all at the same time. The icing on the cake was supposed to be the Aventus.
Then it was time- Friday. I arranged with a few colleagues. It should go to Münster to the port.
After the shower I made then for the first time this pack on. Belly tingle.
I took the bottle out of the package, took the lid off and.... WOW, what-is-this-for-a-sh
But there is one thing that has changed. The shelf life. This is so bad, I wonder why you do something like that at all.
We get upset when companies like Armani, Chanel or Dior put out flankers. I'd rather Aventus put out flankers every time with worse performance. So customers can decide for themselves which Aventus with what durability they want to wear.
Somehow, somewhere, everything comes from a passion. In 1760, Creed was called into being as a passion. Today, it's all about profit and the masses.
