This is a unique fragrance that has been around for a long time because its a classic scent that wont go out of style. This is a great scent for the office, it has that just got out of the shower aftershave scent.
The only test that matters with any fragrance is whether or not you would you buy it again? Having regard to the price and the bouquet 110% yes, this is one fragrance that I would buy again and again.

If you like spicy scents then this one might be for you. If you want to try the fragrance without spending the money, try Nike Brown Men at around AUD10.00 or Gold Spray by Al Haramain.

On a spiciness level between 1 to 3, with 1 being least spicy and 3 being most spicy Montblanc is (1) much cleaner smoother then Nike Brown Man (2) and Gold Spray by Al Haramain (3) being the most spicy fragrance. I think that Montblanc and Nike Brown Man are almost identical on the dry down though.

The test of a perfume depends on whether or not you would buy it again. Personally, I wouldn't buy another bottle.

I got this cheapie for AUD10.00 from Chemist warehouse. Its fantastic value for money and you can't go wrong with this frag if you enjoy Dolce Gabbana The One then this fragrance is for you. When first applied I get spiciness of the Star Anise or Pepper but not much of the lemon. I think Dolce Gabbana The One has a lighter fragrance compared to Nike Brown but honestly, after it dries down I can barely distinguish between the two fragrances.
I must admit that sometimes I get a hint of Montblanc Individual from this fragrance as well.
