I just love Lush products. But never thought about it's perfumery till recently. I was so lazy and didn't have time for visiting their shop,so i risked blind buying Shade. To be honest, i was studying all those reviews available (not many) so i could have some picture. I was expecting something more misterious, spiritual, dark.. but something very positive came out of this order - reincarnated Time for peace for women by Kenzo, adorable perfume i had dacade ago. The notes are not the same whatsoever, in fact, this one has listed only two notes. But i smell citrusy opening with a blast of fresh lavender, little myrrh and a lot of woody notes - sandalwood and gajac, which gives slightly sweet touch to this balsamic composition. It is very prominent, string, it sticks to my skin and doesn't want to leave for hours. It reminds me of Brit a lot, also. Same vibe, same feel.
Wasn't what i expected but i am satisfied. Want to explore their perdumes more..

Amour nocturne was a blind buy. I was expecting something extraordinary, weird and charismatic. I got it. It was love from the first sniff. Very familiar smell of gunpowder, but subtle and well rounded with milky caramel. It is very soft, interesting, though linear, but not in a bad way, because perfume is one of a kind. I bought a backup bottle, just in case. I wear it when i need comfort and feeling of being myself inspite all everyday chalenges we are going through.. it woke up some weirdness in me, some artistic ventures and such.. imaginative love..

I'm such a nostalgic person, always looking back, in life and in world of perfumes.. Obsession was so familiar for me, somebody always wore it around. But, it was alwasy so different on anyone.. Sometimes it was like the finest powdery cream, sometimes a spicy beast.. it depends on weather, humidity, ph of the skin.. The one of rare perfumes not destructed by its reformulation. Vintage is maybe a little more potent, but current formulation is powerful as well. It is such a low priced gem. I wear it for a few years now, and i know it very well, in winter months we are one. It is perfect winter holiday perfume, so cozy and warm, it smells like Christmas gatherings, spicy cakes, rum..although it has a little thin plastiky note, but same as for example Musc ravageur or Meharees, or even Jpg Classique..maybe Joop Le bain..but in a good way. That note always reminds me of childhood dolls and represents something notalgic.
Both Obsessions are great, but the one for man is thined by reformulation comparing with this spice bomb. On my opinion it can stand proudly with some niche names and high-end perfumery. 100ml can be found for as low as 25euros, it it such a steal!

After my sister's signature became La panthere, at first i didn't like it at all. It was too cold animalistic, and i was bothered by those dried fruits. Years later, i was blown away by this flanker, even more animalistic but simpler, cleaner, with more gardenia and musk. It was a must. On my skin it shows some wood berries, a lot of dirty musk and almost smelly gardenia but in apealing way. It became one of my top six. So bold, so sexy, a statement perfume for sure. Like it's older sister, but so much better on my skin. The bottle is beautiful, massive and with a touch of elegance and dignity. 10/10

I had this one 15 years ago when i was young and wild salsa dancer. I adored this spicy gem. It melted on my sweaty and warm skin, sillaging very spicy, sweet, woody smell, which saw amazing. Magnolia is well blended with apricot and cinnamon, slightly rounded with non-gourmand vanilla and gajac wood. Other fragrances came, and i thought i could not find this one anymore. Few years ago i have found not one, but, i'm ashamed to admit, 6 bottles of it, one by one.. I wanted to have this beauty in galons. It is again my signature, and i am the happiest person alive every time i wear it.
