Forum Update - Part 2 (Show new posts)

Thank you for your feedback on the major update of the forum. We have now tackled the issue of the "posts since the last visit" and technically improved it. A few notes on this:

• In general, all new / unread posts of the last 30 days are taken into account - unread and older posts "expire" and are considered as read
  
• The system now works across devices. No matter where you are logged in, it should show you everything you haven't read yet
  
• For those interested in technology: previously it worked via cookies - not anymore! :-)
  

The whole thing is technically quite complex, so we would appreciate your feedback. Just let us know in the answers if it still has problems. It may also help to mark all posts as read again to reset the system.
