Not as fresh, as i expected. But pleasant surprised.
Just received today. I was impressed by the bottle and cap. I had read and watched numerous reviews and expected something fresh enough for at least summer evenings, but.......
It opens a bit chemical and unpleasant, but only for a few seconds. To my nose is strong woody-bitter citrucy-sour scent. This one was compared to Blue De Chanel, but is a lot different from the EDT. Closer to EDP, but not so fresh and more sour. Thats why i rated the scent 8/10.
Immedeately it reminded my to something familiar, something that i was smelled years ago. I was scratching my head 3 hours and realised - this is simular to one of the first fragrances i ever had - Ralph Lauren Romance Silver. Romance Silver has violet touch and is a bit milder, but the two scents are at least 80% similar.
Performance - great. More then 4 hours and projects distinctive only with 2 sprays on my wrist.
Seasons - cooler and colder days. Very formal and masculine, mature profil.
Pros - happy to discover Ralph Lauren Romance Silver substitute for 9 EUR per 100ml. Classy and not oriental tacky presentation.
Cons - not appropriate for summer, as i expected.
UPDATE: So i did a successful experiment. In decant bottle i mixed 50% Ejaazi and 50% Cuba Shadow. And i got very good performing Blue De Chanel EDP. All 200ml mixture costs me only 14 EUR. The sourness of Ejaazi is tonned down and freshed by the bright mint from Shadow. And it really lasts and projects.

God of Love.......almost!
Tested it on my skin and on papper test strip.
First the scent - first impression is "minty, frutty and generic". But every next sniff i took, liked it more and more. My girlfriend also smelled my skin and latter tester strip and love it.
Second The performance - i expected something near the BEASTMODE, but it faded in 6-7 hours from skin. On tester strip was almost undetectable 5 hours later. Then i learned about the reformulations, shame.
I bought a local clone, that gives me 2-3 hours good projection and same 6-8 hours longivity for 1/4 of the price(1/3 if it is a tester of the original). Also bought Guess 1981 LA, which is average performer, much cheapier, more mature scent. So now i can afford to overspray for better longivity and good results.
I use it even in summer, when it is not so hot. I also work in air-conditioned office, so is not sweet-cloyng to me or anyone.

EDT+sweetness
This one is fall-winter version of EDT. Openings are very different on my opinion, but the drydowns are a bit closer. EDP is sweeter more floral thanks to vanilla, better accepted by the crowd. Like you mix EDT with Le Male OG maybe. But in warmer weather is NO for me. Bottle is gorgeous and stylish. I don`t have this one, but tested twice - once in store and once from my relative`s bottle.
I use local clone, that is more then 90% similar and projects and last beastly for 1/4 of the price. Better then the original. Few of my friends and colleagues was impressed of the clone quallity and also use the substitute.

Whyyyy so expensive, whyyyyy?
I really love this one. Very verstile. Peppery, fresh, ambroxan at start. Dryes down with this more deep resinious, patchouli and lavender notes. Pure beauty.
I tested this one in perfumery on wrist and sleeve, only one shot. Projects strong and long. 5-6 hours i took a shower and stil can sniff it on my skin. On my clothes it stays a few days, literaly till laundry.
But the price........my substitute is Byblos Leather Sensation. Almost same scent, 2-3 times weaker on performance (on some skins remains very long, unfortunatelly on mine only 6 hours), 12-14 times chiepier.
But if the money are not problem, if you seek for prestige, this one is great and bottle of 100ml will last 6-7 mounths al least.

I'm BLUE da ba deee da ba daaa
Twice tested this beautiful scent and each time i felt like i am again 20-25 years old. Synthetic-shower gel, but light-sweet, fresh, with depth. Sauvage is chrome light blue. BDC is Blue with white, green an yellow dots. But this one is PURE BLUE color, transformed in scent.
Opens citrucy but in 10-15 minutes comes peppery-aqua-ambroxan-violet-tonka-incense mix that invigorates me so much. Very good projection, lasts 6-8 hours.
To my pocket it is pricy. So i found excellent domestic clone, which is 4 times cheapier and last 10+hours.
The original bottle is gorgeous and if the money are not an issue, i highly recommend this one.
