On my skin, it evolves...in a darker, deep direction. It's floral, but I don't mean bright flowers, I'm talking about a rose bouquet with dark red and black roses. It is a beautiful scent in itself for me, however really powerful, intrusive, nose filling and also kind of pungent. There is a pungent note that makes the scent seem penetrating. I find its sister ,,Black Orchid Gold" to be more pleasant, earthier and less pungent. Still, just as powerful. I will not be buying it.
