I refuse to accept that you have to pay 280 euros (converted to 100 ml format ) to smell like this , which in the end is heavily loaded with calone and ambroxan .

The opening is difficult . It combines a sweet note that is difficult to describe ( it´d be like gummies that vaguely reminds me of 1 Million , but I'd have to test it more , it's only a first sight ) with a lot of calone . I don't like that opening . Personally , I find difficult to associate calone with something like sea , vacations , beach ... or rough seas and ocean depths as they say with this perfume ( I don't understand ). Calone smells more chemical-ish and stagnant water to me .

Fortunately , calone and the sweet note are toned down overtime ( although they keep alive all the way through ) to raise the marine note , something abstract but could be associated with algae . Here I could say that I like it .

It continues evolving as the hours go by , making ambroxan more remarkable . The marine point is still smelled but you perceive that synthetic , sharp edge , almost of black pepper that is not to my tastes . Not as prominent as in Sauvage of course , but it annoys me a bit .

As far as performance goes , it's high , and it gave me a compliment just sprayed , but I'm not so sure that it lasts several showers and so on . I put it on at around 7 pm and when I woke up in the morning I couldn't smell it .

Victim once again of huge hypes that set my expectations too high .

I didn't like it very much . It seems to me that it tries to mix things from successful perfumes making a whole that simply does not please me much to say .

A little bit of Aventus dna , a little bit of ambroxan sauvage-like , I can also understand the comparisons with Ultra Zest , patchouli-fruity-sweet etc ....

I expected it different , because I usually like the perfumes of this collection Arabian Nights , but it has a suspicious undertone and a somewhat cacophonous mix , plus I do not see that it fits much with anything Arabic neither .

It is not that it smells bad , it is very mainstream , very multinational air freshener maybe hehe .

I don't know if it's suggestion but I seem to pick up almost all the stated notes . It has that floral point that can vaguely remember saliva that is also felt in APOM and Aqua Vitae Forte and could be the mixture of ylang and orange blossom . Spices are hardly appreciable , however with imagination it seems that there is something hot-spicy in the background . The date is one of the main protagonists , which gave me some fear because it's sometimes cloying but it is very well mixed . At times the gardenia is very well felt , something more controversial for me here , since it's a somewhat difficult flower with its buttery coconut-like scent . Joining the floral bouquet is jasmine which comes and goes for a while .

The incense along with the oud may be in the composition giving a more serious and darker counterpoint , but always faint .

Over time it shows sweet resins ( myrrh , benzoin ) and I even think some softness of vanilla is appreciated .

As if that weren't enough also shows traces of patchouli , that note that isn't my favorite as you know , whoever reads me :) .

The performance is very good.

The conclusion is that you can like it more or less , you can get tired or not ... but it certainly seems to me very very well done and with a certain quality . It has that impression that sometimes I like to smell like a perfume with personality , doesn't smell like cookies , or woods , or pineapple , or leather ... smells like Arabian Nights and that's cool hehe .

The bottle is so beautiful , yes .

It is very good . At first , it may recall of ADP Assoluta because of the bitter orange - bergamot combo . It also has the hedione touch present in many fresh perfumes . It feels of quality and very invigorating in those moments .

After about half an hour , I guess the ambrette begins to emerge giving it a somewhat cloudy - musky point to end up progressively drying towards a nice , sweet , balsamic amber ; still with remnants of the citrus of course .

I'm smelling it for many hours but I do not think that the projection of the perfume is big at all .

What a shame to have this brand image, this beautiful bottle ... everything to succeed ; but what a mediocre execution and what expensives prices ! .

It seems that it won't last too much but it does at a low profile , the problem is that the smell lacks presence, grace, shine, quality.

It's , like almost everything one finds on the shelves , very safe-mode , as to take it to the office and reapply in the middle of the day . For unpretentious circumstances .

I detect spices , musks , but the problem to me is that I find a prominent note which reminds me of ambroxan that I usually don't like . It isn't listed in the pyramid but for me it has a very clear feeling .

Being so minimal , I should try it more times and without interferences to give more details buuuut , NEXT in every ways .
