At the first taster train it thought in astonishment in me: Oops, this is exactly my thing: green, creamy, unobtrusive... But he'll make it into my collection! Something transparent, fragile but also, wonderful, just now for the summer! Made for me.

So tender unobtrusiveness in all honours, but this fleeting genleman here cannot give me what I wish for : a faithful and suitable companion through thick and thin. There is nothing you can do, the search must go on, other companies also have pretty children. Sob!

My little son was about 7 years old when the long-awaited shower was finally installed in the kitchen of our rented apartment in a Thuringian town by the apartment administration. We were so blessed to be able to simply stand under a warm shower of water for thorough cleaning, after we had always gotten into the bathtub once a week in the city bath! During this time he coined the term "evening of happiness". Happy evening - that meant being able to get into a newly-covered bed freshly showered and creamed in freshly washed pyjamas and to have a story read out in company with his favourite plush companions. Cleanliness and cream, cosiness and cuddling in a soft bed - what a dream of warmth, love and security - for which child would it not be?
What has remained is the memory of a fragrance that unites all these feelings and lets the images rise immediately. I am talking here about "Pour femme" by Lacoste, more precisely about the dupes I have of La Rive and of èclat. Which, according to some comments, are supposed to be even better than the original scent. I haven't run into him yet. Both fragrance twins are very weak in silage, you have to replenish generously several times, but don't worry, overdosing doesn't work at all... The first time I couldn't believe that a fragrance could be so weak at all. There was hardly anything to sniff! The most silent of the Leisetretern.
Actually I like Leisetreter, because who wants to attract attention all the time? So he doesn't make anything of himself for now and maybe that's why he is so dear to me in his simple unobtrusiveness and warm cream. A fragrance like a cuddly dress made of the softest Eider down. Nothing disturbs or stings. There is simply a clear, pleasant reassurance, an in-self-to-home, no matter what happens. No question mark, no exclamation mark, just a dot.
What scents can do... where's the bottle?

Light blue, that's what my father used as watercolor in his painter's box. It reminds me of very early times, of hours of familiar, common falling in love with brushes and colours.
Light Blue for me is also a heavenly blue sky and a golden ray of light that sings: "Here comes the sun!" (Beatles). Light Blue is such a ray of fragrant happiness in my sometimes rather grey everyday life. One spray from the handy, elegant bottle and everything changes! He meets my worn-out thoughts, gets me out of there, takes space and spreads out: Wow, life is bright and grey is a deception - I've always known it! Above the clouds there is always the blue sky and the sun shines, I know that from the plane! Even if we can't always see it! On my skin I smell lemon and white flowers, light, soft and fluffy, a morning summer garden under Italy's sun, fabulous, fresh and carefree. The sea glitters in the distance. Always accessible thanks to Dolce and Gabbana ...
Light Blue for me is the embodiment of the longing for the clear and undisguised perception of early childhood, for the freshness of the morning and the element of surprise in which a sudden ray of sunlight bathes everything in a completely different light.
It doesn't last soooo long with me, maybe about 4, 5 hours - a TZ is part of it during the day.
