Silky skin
It opens up with fresh fruits, I feel "Ah! This is nice and crisp". 30 min later it becomes a sweet flower scent, like a glove, or necklace (or underwear, depends on where you put it ... !). Lasts about 4 hours on my skin.
I guess it's called "silk" because it's close to the skin and lays there like a piece of silk. One would really have to lean in to smell this. And yeah, it makes me want to rip my clothes off, because it's a sensual scent. All of the men in my life have said "girl, you smell Good!" when they hugged me or get near me wearing this...
But it's not for me. I want something I can get a my own relationship to, you know.. get to know, hang out with it.. I can't smell it. I can't form a bond with something I can't smell. I envy my male friends for smelling me.
I think this is for the times when you want someone to follow your scents trail to the right spot. A very intimate fragrance.

Fresh Florals for the Fresh Girl
I had a mini bottle of this along with other Miss Dior perfumes (gifted from myself in a pretty box, I love gifts from me aww).
I tried them all, nothing stuck, so I gave my friend the whole set when she said she was looking for a signature scent "that is like... Fresh.. and flowery... You know...?".
She ended up buying a big big bottle of this, she really enjoys it as a "nicer occasion" scent. She smells lovely, like a blooming bouquet (who would have thought...!) but not in a intrusive or sweet cloying way. Fresh, little powder and awesome. On her.
On me, it's flowery all right, but with my chemistry doesn't add up nicely. I am a natural spicy girl, and Miss Dior simply can't compete with my own aroma which makes it kind of off. "Oh you are wearing perfume, good for you", type of feeling. It doesn't suit me... My body's own fragrance is like a scent-eating frog. Nom! Nom! Bye bye frag.
Blindbuy? Sure! It's fresh, young and not as sweet as you could imagine. And you have to like flowers obviously.
Gift? In small doses, let them try it on a couple times = don't buy the big bottle.

Perfect fragrance for people who doesn't like wearing fragrance.
This is the safest smell on Earth. All genders in all ages can wear it. Why? Because it smells just like clean clothes. It's a little sweet, a little aquatic and really fresh. Perfect for a day "without fragrance" for a parfymista. Perfect fragrance for people who doesn't like wearing fragrance.
