I feel inspired to write a comment here because I love the Eau de Toilette and was very surprised how the Eau de Parfum doesn't work (at least on my skin). For me it is really like a brick, very many notes on top of each other and no transparency in the fragrance. L'Heure Bleue is also in the eau de toilette form a rather linear scent, but you can still see that the spices become less during the day and the flowers more and more beautiful. The whole composition is carried by soft resins and tonka bean. With the Eau de Parfum I get this "Chinaladen Vibe", the spices and base notes are very close together and steal the show from the flowers. It's no fun for me to wear. I don't want to tear up the scent with this comment. I would rather that when people are interested in L'Heure Bleue, they first try the Eau de Toilette. In my opinion it is simply better and for new noses certainly also more easily accessible.

Of the three, I like this one best. Biarritz flew away after less than an hour and smells only like Zirtus. Venise is also beautiful, but it is a very soft fragrance and is too feminine for me. Deauville is really unisex, but the basil note really sets it apart from the mainstream scents. I think the Sillage/projection is best of the three. Durability is with me approx. 4 hours, which is ok for a smell which should have been actually an Eau de Cologne. Some people think the price is too high, I don't think so. Depending on where you buy, you can spend a lot more on 100ml N5 L'Eau. Here you get a fragrance that not everyone has, yet still speaks for style and class. Light enough to wear in leisure time, classic enough to wear in the office/formal as well. Only in the evening I'd go for something heavier. If you can trust the rumors Chanel will release 3 more Eaux, I'm really looking forward to it :-)

After hearing so much about Creed and Aventus being hyped by the YouTube reviewers, I decided to get a decant. Full of expectation I gave a spray on my arm. OMG, what is that?! To me it just smelled smoky, like the breath of a chain smoker... I couldn't believe it, this is the divine Aventus? Somehow the smell reminded me of something... Rattles, rattles... Then give it to me! I used to have a chain-smoking history teacher who always smelled (stunk) like a combination of cigarette and aftershave... Somehow I feel guilty that I don't like Aventus, now I feel somehow disqualified as a fragrance lover.... But tastes are just different... Qualitatively I have nothing to complain about. You can smell that the raw materials are high quality, even after 2X washing the smell was still on my arm... But I think you can expect that also for the price. Sorry follks, but I hate this one...

in the top notes it resembles Invictus Aqua, later it becomes more like the normal Invictus. Of course you can smell that the ingredients are cheaper, but still not bad. Fits well if you don't know what to wear. Rather for spring and summer.
