This fragrance is, provided one does not overdo it, quickly discreet without falling behind. He does not have to show off. One turns around after him as well. A classic, noble fragrance, for many occasions. But somehow I don't want to smell like that.
Many fragrances that I like are associated with "old", "best time behind", etc. Somehow I associate positive things with the fragrance fashions of past times. But not with this one. It is still there, but for me the Panther doesn't purr anymore
Since it is a rather monotonous scent, there is no second chance. I'm not dressed for these flowers. It gets sweeter (without being sticky) but it stays what it is, close to the body and for hours, and that is not mine

I fell in love with perfume mainly through reading. The many scent descriptions let me relax in the evening and get other thoughts. The descriptions sent my fantasy on a journey and aroused my curiosity...not always was it a rhapsodizing - I followed the struggle of lovers of different opponents and also the muddled washing away of fragrances.
And today is my personal world premiere in that respect.
With "Berber Blonde" I was hoping for tart and fresh holiday memories, not too sweet orange blossoms, the light flowery-citric scent, if you turn your head during blossoming time and suddenly have "it" in your nose. Spain. Freshness, tart, sweetness.
It is now almost 3 hours ago that I sprayed Berber Blonde on the back of my hand. Since it was a bit too generous, I dabbed with the other one again. Since then I do not know where to put my hands.

Without having to raise my hand, it went straight to my brain. It didn't smell like ISO, but an accidental deep pull over the bottleneck at work has the same effect.
Here it came artificially citric, garish and also cheap looking. The smell reminded me of the often conjured citrus cleaners, although I find them even more pleasant. The prelude reminds me more of those cheap room fresheners with linalool, only much, much hotter. Help. I really felt this scent on the back of my hand. But I wasn't ready to give up yet. I mean, scents evolve, and they have to arrive.

Sillage fierce. My son comes into the house and calls what stinks here, I had not left the room. I hold it in front of him and he thinks "that" gives him a headache. Me too.
After an hour the scent is still pungent, garish, citrusy. A little neroli sweetness resonates, but does not change the basic tone. After two, it still doesn't.
At third period I decide to get rid of "Him", but to write before. He's gotten a bit carried away. The glaring has become more flowery, a little honey, soft musk sprinkles in the neongrell and with good will I can imagine that Berber Blonde from hour 5 on is fresh, white-flowered, with a slight tart sweetness quite wearable and pleasant. But now (almost hour 4) I accept my weakness and my headache and go to wash off the warm spots.

Starts very green, bit by bit the teen nuances assert themselves and I wonder if that was such a good choice. Well, at least you can't go far wrong with freshness, as far as the environment is concerned. Then again, yes..a small sweetness, a creaminess can be perceived quite cautiously. After an hour, it sits softly and finely on the green and all is well.
Close to the body, proud but unobtrusive, unusual, fine, of nothing too much..a little dream.
