Strange aquatic!
I don't know how to best describe this one. I had it for a long time yet, i find it strange everytime i wear it. It is definetly classy and mature.

It smells woody and aquatic. A scent from the 90's if that makes sense. Old-school and of high quality. I would not put it in the blue fragrance genre just because it has this salty aquatic feel to it. It has a very distinctive scent profile. Nothing like i have smelled before. It could be the drift wood note? Very strange combination which at first, did not do it for me. No after a few years of having it. I do enjoy it more, so it did grow on me a little bit. I don't enjoy it during summer days though, more for spring time and maybe cooler summer days.

If you want to smell unique and set yourself apart from the boys. Then this might just for you!

A smooth flanker
A smoother version of the original the scent. The maninka fruit is still there but kinda takes a back seat but overall It is much more powerful flanker than all of the previous flankers in my opinion.

I was hoping they go just a little bit more in the niche direction. Look at dior and gucci (elixir) flankers, they were not exactly similar to their original scent DNA. Anyway, this one comes close to the absolute flanker, which is my favorite one because the vanilla in that one is just amazing. I love this though, very nice and of high quality.

I recommend it

Eau sauvage dethroned!
I completely get the comparison to eau sauvage but this is so much better on my opinion. Maybe eau sauvage before reformulation? But not the current eau sauvage.
Initial opening has this crisp bright herbaceous citrous punch. Very uplifting and refreshing. After 15 minutes the middle notes come out to play with the top notes. The herbs and spices reveal themselves with a green welcome, a bit of florals too, maybe geranium or a slight light sour rose? Then when it settles and starts to dry down, you feel the lavender and sage wrapping everything so beautifully and set its course on a bedding of vetiver and very faint white musk.

It is a happy scent. I normally don't like old school green scents but this one made me change my mind. I am happy that i have it in my collection.

Designer gone niche!
In my humble opinion, this is niche quality in a designer bottle. Kenzo and gucci are one of my favorite designer houses because they ever more than often tend to think out side the box and actually come up with something of their own instead of just copy pasting what other designer houses are doing.

It's gorgeous and has so much more going on. The notes pyramid does not do it justice. It is bit light but totally presistant, unique but also very likeable. Sensual and warm, Has an earthy undertone with the florals backing it up just beautifully. Smokey and leathery with slight animalistic nuances just to make it interesting enough to keep sniffing it, it's an addictive type of scent. Semi sweet with a little freshness. The smoke is just done very right here, just the right amount. It's balanced and of good quality. Performance is decent.

To make it even more interesting, i had women test it and they all said it is on the masculine side but when i had the guys test it almost all of them told me that it leans more feminine. Which makes this fragrance completely UNISEX just based on the reaction i've seen so far.

Brilliant release by the house of kenzo, bravo

A floral hidden gem for men!
Oh where to start with this one. Let me be clear, If you like floral fragrances that are for men, then this is for you. Floral notes were heavily used in old school perfumery but nowadays, not so much or not at all. The trend is syrupy sugary sweet mass appealing vanillic mess. This is today's trend. Yes, i crapped on modern day perfumery, sue me

Anyway, This fragrance smells very similar to Aristoqrati by moresque. It is also floral and i love it! Even though the note pyramid does not mentioned any floral notes but this fragrance is floral as it gets but certainly not in a feminine way. A woman could pull this off if she someone with a strong type of personality. This fragrance has character. surely has an earthy and woody base dry down. It is unique and not mass appealing even though it is not hard to wear but just not mainstream enough to be liked by the masses. My kind of fragrance! It does not smell dated but does not smell too modern either. Thick with bitter earthy nuances.

Love in a bottle. You want to be different, try aristoqrati or l'olivier if you dont want to break your bank.
