Strongly seasoned leather
Generally, I'm not a fan of leather scents... with very few exceptions. Since this is my 3000th perfume I am testing, I am writing a comment to this wonderful scent again.
I saw Premier Leather for the first and unfortunately last time in a perfumery in Male, where I tested it. Since the Maldives is an Islamic state (with partly stricter regulations than some other Arabic states) you can find a number of perfumes there that come from Arabic countries. I hadn't heard of the manufacturer Amaris, who is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), until now. Strangely enough, Parfumo U.S.A. is registered in Parfumo, which is not true according to the Amaris homepage. But in this perfumery in the heart of Males, there were several bottles from this supplier with a shape that strongly reminds of Bond No. 9. After testing several fragrances from this manufacturer, there was one clear favorite: "Premier Leather".
This fragrance is a wonderful combination of leather (although not indicated in the fragrance pyramid) and strong spices. So you could say that Premier Leather is not only a leather scent but also a spice scent. The combination of both makes it an extremely interesting representative of this genre. A hint of bitter orange, which plays a role at first, makes this scent even more interesting. I would have liked to give this fragrance a 10.0, if it had been a little sweeter.
Durability, projection and sillage are strongly pronounced in this scent in the Arabic manner. One sprayer on the right and left is enough to make you well perceived. You don't have to spray Premier Leather to get people's attention.
Who do I recommend this fragrance to? For all perfumers who love leather and spices, this extraordinary fragrance is a must. For our perfumas it is only something if they love distinctive scents and do not care about possible statements from people who can see this fragrance exclusively on men

Pure Honey and then ... Cinnamon + Oud - delicious !!!
Pure Honey - this is the prelude, simply super delicious. Cinnamon is very reserved at the beginning, but after some time it unfolds together with the Laotian oud, which is not animalistic, but rather has a sandalwood touch. MNn (according to my nose) cinnamon should not be listed in the top note. It unfolds with all strength and beauty in the base together with the eagle wood, which looks very elegant here. Absolutely NO camel stable or buffalo message ! If the fragrance hadn't had a soft floral note after the opening, which here seems a little soapy, Mieloud would have deserved a smooth 10.0. The durability is super good - after 12 hours it smells on the wrist still like cinnamon and soft Oud; the Sillage is quite good, although not bombastic. Therefore, this fragrance is even suitable for office use, provided you spray it on 1 hour before entering the office.
CONCLUSION: A really wonderful Gourmand, which is rounded off by discreet Oud. A clear recommendation to buy !
The bottle is LPDO-like standard, but looks quite nice, even if you can't compare it with a "The Merchant of Venice" bottle or one of the beautifully designed Lalique bottles.
