One of the best
Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful fragrances I have smelled so far. It starts with a strong bergamot. Over time, the neroli becomes more and more perceptible. Nevertheless, I would not describe the fragrance as soapy. The bergamot is clearly in the foreground. This opening lifts my mood extremely. Similar to Bergamot 22, you simply have a "good vibes only" feeling right at the start. as it progresses, iris and jasmine resonate more. But it definitely remains a fresh fragrance. The citrusy notes continue into the base notes. For me, the oakmoss and vetiver dominate the base. If I had to decide which fragrance it resembles the most, I would say Isola Blu by Roja. What is the difference? Amour Brut is much more sparkling and simply puts you in a good mood. It gives you the feeling of youth. For me, Isola Blu is much spicier, more serious. Two things are always important to me with a fragrance, firstly that it smells good to me and secondly - and this is even more important - that I get a good feeling when I apply it. And this is where Amour Brut is the clear winner for me. I simply feel young and dynamic.
Longevity and sillage are at a very good level. It is definitely a freshie but still lasts a good 6-8 hours. In my opinion, anyone thinking of buying Isola Blu should definitely try this one first.

at least unisex..
Had a very interesting experience yesterday. Late afternoon, Munich, nice weather, not too warm. I walk along the main shopping street suddenly this wonderful smell reaches me. I perceived it as fresh, citrusy, very neat, a bit flowery. The first association: attractive woman around 30 with very good taste in perfume. I kept walking. A few more steps and again that cloud of smell came at me. Good, I thought to myself, she seems to be going the same way as me. So I looked around. No one was to be seen within a distance of 2m though. I realized it must be one of the samples from yesterday. So I smelled my hands and wrists. There was nothing there though. I doubted my sense of smell and kept walking. And suddenly this cloud of smell again. It was driving me crazy. I thought maybe my jacket had got something on it yesterday. Smelled on the sleeves. Nothing. It went on like that for quite a long time. Until I gave up at some point annoyed and admittedly a little sad...
The next morning in search of the wallet I find in the inside of my jacket a paper strip I had sprayed two days earlier at Louis Vuitton - Imagination! It was yesterday's fragrance!
So what can I say about the scent: I didn't like Opening. Too nondescript and synthetic for me. First thought was again an overhyped LV fragrance. So I also put it away pretty quickly - but fortunately in the inside pocket of my jacket. Because in the course I really like the scent. fresh, citrusy, floral. i hardly smell the tea although it is supposed to be a very prominent note. Durability and sillage are exceptionally good for a fragrance in this category. One downer remains: the first association - I thought of an attractive woman when I first perceived the scent. I think men can also wear it but it is definitely not a particularly masculine fragrance but unisex - but really a very successful composition.

Persian cuisine in early summer
In many fragrances saffron is now an integral part of the fragrance pyramid - in none I smell him but so clearly out as in this. The opening reminds me really strongly of the saffron smell I perceived as a child, when my mother cooked. Very authentic, yet there's always a certain citrusiness to it that makes the scent wear well on warmer days. Overall, however, I personally find that more citrus would have done the fragrance good. That's why I always layer it with Eau de Guerlain. Find the two get along very well and make a beautiful fragrance for early summer. Regardless, Saffron Colognise is a really very special scent and has a high "uniqueness" factor for me personally. By the way, the saffron note is present throughout the scent but never distracting. Even when the leather notes take over during the drydown. All in all a very nice and harmonious fragrance. For me, however, as I said, even better if you promote the citrus component still a little by layering

Molecule +
awaited with excitement and finally tested. i must say that I like molecule 01 very much. accordingly, the expectations were high for the new three molecule 01+ fragrances. I was especially interested in whether they could improve the original scent by the addition or rather not.

to +mandarine: the tangerine smells more like an unripe tangerine, especially the smell of the tangerine peel I perceive. much less sweet than I expected it. with the original molecule 01 there are relatively few parallels. the tangerine dominates the event quite clearly. for me, pure molecule 01 is better - except perhaps at extremely high temperatures, there could actually have this version the nose ahead

to + patchouli: much less earthy/dirty than I expected. the woody note is a little stronger at the beginning but evaporates quite quickly. then a hint of nothing.

to +iris: so I personally find the iris note very strong. it still makes a harmonious impression. starts very feminine for me everything but then with time also for men portable. of the three still most similar to the original fragrance.

overall impression: for me, none of the three new can keep up with the original. the + tangerine evtl something for the summer, but has relatively little to do with the original fragrance. the + iris maybe for the iris fans ... but as I said, to the original comes for me none of the three ran ...

overall ranking:
molecule 01
+mandarine
+iris
+patchouli

perfume vs cologne
i think it's all about what you want. you smell good with both and your surroundings won't notice any difference in the first hour. after that, the perfume is more noticeable, but you could always spray the cologne afterwards if need be. so there's not much difference at a distance. but i'm one of those who always spray a little on the back of my hand, so i can smell it again and again and enjoy the scent. and up close, there are simply huge differences. admittedly i can only smell 6-7 of the more than 20 fragrances but what even a layman like me can smell are points like depth, balance, progression etc. in all these points i clearly see the perfume in front. of course the cologne smells fresher but as i said the difference doesn't stop there. maybe you can compare the whole thing very well with a mechanical watch: one has a simple date display and the other a perpetual calendar. you can read the date on both (i.e. you can smell it). but if you are interested in the art behind it, if you find complexity fascinating, then you only have to look through the glass caseback once and your heart will go out to the perpetual calendar. that's how i find it with these two. and also with these two, the price difference is simply quite high. but in the end, it's all about what you want. i can understand if you don't want to spend that much money on a perfume. but honestly, i would still rather get a smaller filling of the perfume version and just spray a tiny amount on the back of my hand. sure, the environment hardly notices anything then - but you can always have the nice feeling for yourself even with this small drop
